Even cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m still adjusting and learning how to utilize the features. Regular cooking is good however when wiping spillage the cooktop will switch off easily in the midst of cooking. It holds the temperature while cooking for even cooking.

Great features and fast acting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first induction cooktop and my favorite parts are the quickness of the temperature and the smooth surface. I did not like cleaning the gas burners on previous stoves so I was glad to
get a smooth surface again. It does heat much faster than our previous electric stovetop. I did have to invest in some
new pots and pans that are compatible but they were easy to find.

Great induction cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop Has been a good addition to the kitchen. The speed of reheating is amazing and the heat cosisttininty is great. Carbon steel pans work great when searing meat and water can be brought to a boil very quickly. I can set the burner to simmer and it works perfectly for things like holandaise sauce. The only thing I would change is the burner placement. The center large burner is good but there are two .medium burners on the back and two smaller ones at the front. I would have liked one of each in the front. Overall I like the performance and safety of the cooktop. I appreciate not having to torn a burner off when I remove a pan, it senses there is nothing there and shuts off the burner. The integrated timer is handy and all the touch controls are nice. I use the boil function often, it senses and adjusts the heat to keep pots from boiling over. Overall it is a very good cooktop and I would reccomend it.

Excellent features and quality

The cooktop is high quality and features such as boil heat the food very fast, much faster than traditional stoves. So far, we have not had any issues cooking with this cooktop!!

Love My Kitchenaid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Kitchenaid induction cooktop! After cooking on an electric cooktop, this is a dream come true. It cooks evenly, heats and cools quickly. It responds with a touch and lowers the heat immediately. No more problems with liquids boiling over. The simmer and quick boil functions are a real plus.
