[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works well, but wish that there was more information available about using the cooktop, especially if you are new to using induction.

Not the best product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I Bought my original KitchenAid induction top back in March. It seemed to be working OK until I realized that Only four out of the five induction sensors were working. Their technician came out, looked at it and said it was broken and needed replaced. It took six weeks to get the replacement to find out the induction was not working again. I highly recommend looking for another product. And hopefully KitchenAid allows me to find another product similar, but one that actually works
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not last one month. Stopped working. No parts available. No replacement. 2 months with no working cooktop. Stay away from this and possibly all induction cooktops.

Stovetop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen remodel brought this stovetop into our retirement home. It looks so nice. It cleans off so easy. It has a lot of bells and whistles (literally chimes). These indicators have taken a while to learn what they mean even while using the instruction manuals. It is induction and we’re told it easier to cook on. I do believe it is a more even heat.

Induction cooktop with some frustrations
on December 8, 2022

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a home that didn't come with gas so I was stuck with a radiant cooktop. I knew one of the first things I would do was replace it with an induction cooktop. I did that, had it installed and like the way it cooks. The only negative I can see right now is that the indicator lights which let you know it is on or what setting you have are not as brite as the older kitchen aid cooktop it replaced. I initially thought it was the direct light from the exhaust fan duct but unfortunately that wasn't the case. I reduced the output from 50w to 30w bulbs. Helped a little. This is the only issue I have with it otherwise, great way of cooking if your stuck with radiant cooking and want a better alternative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features work great. The boil, simmer, melt, and all features are very nice. I can use the middle burner and the side burners at the same time. I can tell when my pan is on correctly because I can feel the energy moving between the pan and the burner. It is very easy to clean, even down to the fingerprints. No knobs to clean.
