It does a great job getting my yellow lab's hair out of the carpet and really helps bring a fresh scent to the house. I have 2 toddler boys and a baby girl that is starting to crawl everywhere. This cleaner has made me feel much more comfortable about my kids rolling around on the carpet.

It does an amazing job cleaning my carpets and hard floors, it picked up dirt and hair that no other cleaner has been able to do! It works great to clean an entire room or just a little section from a spill or if your pet has an accident. My carpet looks brand new again after using this cleaner. It took out every stain, even old stains that have been there for a long time. This would be a perfect choice for people that have a hard time with heavy objects because it is lightweight and the handle can slide down to make it even more compact for when you are ready to put it away. It is able to get to hard to reach areas easily without having to move any furniture to clean the areas. I actually enjoy cleaning my carpets with this machine, it doesn't feel like it's a chore anymore.

I've used the big bulky ones that you rent from the grocery store before and they are hard to handle. I had no issues handling this one though! It was lightweight even for me who has zero upper body strength. I loved that it came with the cleaning solution to use. Excited, I quickly got it setup to start cleaning the spots from my cats hair balls on my large area rug. It erased them with ease!! Then I went to the playroom and did the whole room, even the spot where my careless kids spilled koolaid. After being jazzed up about my newly cleaned carpets, I was even more excited when I realized how easy this thing was clean out and put away! Highly recommend!!

It's small, lightweight, compact size makes it easy to store and setup. It has removable parts for proper cleaning and drying, which is important for a pet family like ours. The LED lights are fun but most importunately it cleans like a champ. The motor is loud but at least you know its powerful and working well. This will replace our old, big, clunky shampooer and our pet spot bot. Cleaning up spills and stains is a breeze now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Pet Jetscrub is a wonderful little carpet cleaner. The handle tucks down with the push of a button. Cleaning and storing the Jetscrub up is a breeze after shampooing. It is more compact than the Bissell Proheat 2x making it perfect for pet messes. There are 2 modes to wash with, express or deep clean. The express won't wet the carpet as much. It cleans just as well as a full size Bissell, witch is impressive. My only complaint is that the carpet was still quite wet after I was finished. I would like to see more suction power.

I am so happy with this! As you can see from the comparison pic I have the larger Bissell pet steamer, have had it for a little over four years. It has all the bells and whistles but is an absolute bulky nightmare for quick "oops moments" - you know the quick spot clean moments, whether it is the kids dropping their sippy cup or the overly happy to see you, you just want to quickly and efficiently clean up the mess and get on with your day. I have area rugs on tile and wood floors in the family living areas and carpets in the bedrooms the JetScrub worked like a champ on both types of rugs. The area rugs are polypropylene- I note this because they do not suggest using the steamer on area rugs as it can cause staining or shrinkage (wool, silk delicate fabrics) The JetScrub was not only easy to use - it was lightweight ✔️and handled well. I had no problem getting under the coffee table. I was amazed at the power capability ✔️ comparing this to my larger Bissell I was impressed. It had no problem tackling the tougher stains and deep cleaning. It leaves the treated area almost completely dry. So easy and almost effortless to clean ✔️It took very little time to clean the scrubbing head and the little tool just made it easier. Let us not forget the catchall it sits in for storage ✔️ why had they not done this sooner?
