[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works like a charm! Love that it's standing so it's easier on the back and knees when cleaning, just like using a Vacume. Cleans stains that have been stuck for years and makes carpet look like new. With two dogs, a cat, and a baby on the way, this cleaner is a game changer and has sanitized and made our carpets spotless once again. Works on both wall to wall carpeting, stair carpets, and large and medium area rugs. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used this maybe 10 times over 2 years for small spot cleaning. Today the motor just stopped working. It sprays solution, but won't vacuum it up or rotate its bristles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this product to clean the rugs after the puppies have accidents and to also do general cleaning of the carpets in rooms that have lots of traffic. This is a great product which leaves the carpets and rugs looking new.
