[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first purchased a Bissell portable cleaner and realized it was too difficult for me to bend and use it with my back issue. I recently purchased a Bissell upright cleaner and it has proven to be just what I needed. My older dog has an incontinence problem and has accidents on the carpet. The machine works really well cleaning the problems and it's much easier for me to use.

It has the power and functionality of the Proheat 2X revolution pet pro but without the bulk. It's great for rugs and stains. It's possible to clean an entire room but it might take a while. Overall great product. Also a nice bonus is the pet pro oxy.

Suction is improved if the roller bar is removed. An adjustable brush roller would improve suction after cleaning to pickup more water and dry carpet. Suggestion to users, use very little water as only a little water goes a long way in cleaning a small area rug or pet stain spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i cleaned my area rug. it did wonderfully, the only thing that dropped the score is, when filling the container with clean water and cleaner, there is a rubber gasket thing with 2 small holes that leaks until you turn the conatiner to put in the Jetscrub.
