Very easy to use , clean and store. This is a must to have if you have pets. You feel good when you are done. Cleans the floors well . This is a keeper.

Convenient and effective for pet stains and dirty carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this carpet cleaner for spot cleaning or small room cleaning. It works on pet stains like mud they've tracked in from the yard, or other gross stains. It also works well as a general carpet cleaner and removes dirt and grime from general use. The carpet dried fairly fast after use... probably a few hours at most, so it is convenient to use any time. The machine is very small compared to the professional type you can rent, which is convenient for storage. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. You have to dump and clean out the dirty water after each use, so it's nice that it is easy to remove and clean out. This is best for people with just a few rooms worth of carpet. It is has a small water capacity so it would take a lot of product and refilling to clean a large room or a whole house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two pets one a pit bull who is pretty good and the other a toy poodle who has become sick and can no longer control his bladder. I also have two children who are just as messy. The jet scrubber is light weight and very easy to use. I love that I can use on both hardwood and carpeted floors. Having less work involved is great. I didnt like that there wasnt a house with it to clean with or really scrub. It did great getting rid of odor from urine as well as getting some stains out. It wasn't great for chocolate milk stain though it just faded it. It does fill up the waste container faster than if like too. Its very easy to clean and store. Great for cleaning up puppy messes.

Cons: No hose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am blown away by how this little machine works. It really is lightweight. It is easy to add the water and the tank has lines to show how much cleaner ratio to water to add. I had a few hard to clean spots on my carpet by the high traffic areas. This machine has a spot spray button that shoots the solution directly to the spot. Did that, made a few passes with the solution button on and went over it 3 times to soak up the water. Spot was gone and stayed gone! So, I went a bit nuts and did the whole high traffic area. So lightweight but a heavy duty cleaner. Rinsed out the tank and took the brush unit off to clean. Super easy. Put it on the stand it comes with and the brush holder to let it dry. Also impressive, I vacuum every other day because I have a German Shepard that sheds like crazy. I also have a very good vacuum but was surprised how much hair came up with the JetScrub Pet Cleaner. I will be looking at their vacuum cleaners next. Oh, the Bissell Carpet Cleaner solution is wonderful. Hard to find at my grocery store so I ordered it.

Great for big leaks

It is wonderful if you spill something and need to clean it up right away or just get up dirt. Spots that were already on my carpet didn't come up but I may use a different cleaner next time and see if that helps.
