A path of cleanliness

Our old dog left a trail which was easy to follow. I bought another brand of carpet cleaning machine but it had been opened. It was 24 hours before I could clean the mess. I did some research bought Bissell Jetscrub Pet and proceeded to clean the trail. The next day the dog vomited a little and this time I was ready to clean.

Fresher looking carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell JetScrub™ Pet Carpet Cleaner | 25299 free in exchange for an honest review and opinion of the product. I own a large Bissell carpet cleaner, but it is large and heavy so it doesn't get much use. When this arrived I was excited to try this because it is smaller, weighs less than my vacuum, & is especially for pets. The handle retracts into the machine making it much easier to store. Filling the tank is very easy. The buttons are on the handle making them easily accessible. There are 2 buttons to dispense the cleaner both on the handle. The cord comes out of the bottom of the machine. This is a drawback for me, and I hold the cord while vacuuming, and each time I stopped to move something I had to get the cord off the floor. I have a bad back, & bending can be very difficult. As far as cleaning, the carpet smelled great after use It looked fresh & clean. However it did not remove the spots my dog left from his multiple chew toys & snacks. To give it a fair shot I went over each area multiple times, but the spots remained. As far as a fresher cleaner looking carpet this would be my go to carpet cleaner. For removing tough pet stains, this fell short for me, but I have my large Bissell carpet cleaner that works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a pet lover of three great dogs, I often worry about how my home may smell to our guests. When you live with pets, you may grow accustomed to their scents and odors. Even though my dogs get groomed and bathed on a regular basis, there are times when even I come into my house and I notice a smell. Doggie dander, slobber, that wet dog smell, etc., all contribute to these types of odors. The Bissell JetScrub Pet Carpet Cleaner is great! I was able to put it together and within minutes I was shampooing my carpet. Being that the carpet cleaner is lightweight, you can maneuver it from room to room or up and down your stairs easily. I was impressed by the speed at which my carpet dried. Within an hour of shampooing, my carpet felt dry to the touch. Preparing the shampooer for storage was also very easy. The brush roller, dirty water tank, and nozzle can be removed to make cleaning easy. I love that a nozzle clean out tool was also included with this cleaner. In the past, I have used tweezers or scissors to remove hair and debris from the nozzle and brushes. Also included with the JetScrub is a storage tray. Place the cleaner in the tray when storing and any excess water coming from the brushes will be caught by the tray. The handle of this cleaner is also collapsible, making it easier to store it in a smaller space. I would recommend this carpet cleaner not only to pet owners, but to anyone that wants to maintain a clean and healthy home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you WeeSpring for sending me this jetscrub vacuum to try out. In my house, we must clean our carpets several times a week. Overall, this bissell jetscrub would benefit anyone's household! It's the perfect size, lightweight, and easy to move. A thing I didn't like was that I felt that, soap still came out of the vacuum, even when I wasn't using it, leaving behind a soap residue. Other than that, this lightweight bissell was awesome to clean our carpets. It had a big job last week as our dog had an accident in the house, and I'm sure you have seen the stories of dog accidents and roombas! Yes, that totally happened. Dog poop all over my carpets. An awful mess! But the bissell cleaned it up with no issue whatsoever! Besides cleaning up terrible messes, it moves with ease. Being lightweight, I loved how I could easily take it room to room. Honestly, it's a great deep cleaner! I was so happy I was able to try this deep cleaner as part of the weespring panel.

Typical Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Admittedly I am disappointed, again, by another Bissell. I am a meticulous cleaner so my home was already clean and there was no hurdle to climb, but within 20 minutes of pushing and pulling this unexpectedly heavy machine, the hose popped and my house has a strong odor of burnt rubber. Typically Bissells have a 1 year life span. This one, not so much.
Cons: Hard to Clean, Heavy, Weak Suction
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A quick drying, lightweight miracle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With a toddler, two dogs, two cats, and a husband who loves to work on cars, do yard work, and other such activities that track dirt and grime into the house, it could be said that my floors take a real beating. We have a full size carpet cleaner that I never use unless I have to because it's heavy and cumbersome. After unboxing this one and seeing it's sleek design and feeling how lightweight it was, I was pleasantly surprised and optimistic. The first cleaning I did was my bedroom as just a general cleaning and the carpet looked visibly cleaner afterward. Set up was fast and easy and because it's lightweight, bringing it up and down the flight of stairs before and after use was much less of a workout! Since it was later in the day and humid, I tried out the express clean mode which says it can dry in an hour or less. I was so excited to not be walking on squishy wet floors that night! It really worked! I used that same mode again later on to remove a mystery grease stain and the stain was completely gone after one round of cleaning and the floor dried so quickly again. That feature in and of itself makes this cleaner an award winner in my eyes. Add in the fact that the brush, nozzle, and tank are all removable for an easy clean up of the unit itself afterwards and that it then sits in its own drying tray and I was completely running out of reasons to not love this thing. That being said, the one thing that could really improve this carpet cleaner would be some handheld attachments for cleaning furniture because as anyone with pets or children knows, messes don't just happen on the floor! All in all, this carpet cleaner does a great job at cleaning up stains and messes and does so in an easy to store, easy to carry, easy to set up and break down manner that made this mama's life a little easier. This will definitely be my go to carpet cleaner! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this carpet cleaner to try out and review.

Get one! As a matter of fact get two.. I did! It's the first machine I've been able to get pet stain out without a trace. It's like magic. I'm old and in our 50 years of marriage with 4 girls ( and all their friends) and 12 dogs ( during those years) I only wish I had found this pet cleaner year ago!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two dogs and live in Kennesaw Georgia, USA. Our soil is red mountain mud when it pours rain here. One dog has paws like mops that hold all the mess from trees and dirt until he gets into the house and then it magically releases!!! He also has mistakes on a regular basis. This product paid for itself the first time I used it. I must say that a woman must have designed the JetScrub because not only is it is extremely easy to use, but cleaning it takes just a few minutes. The drain tray is an outstanding idea. If you're hesitating, go ahead and buy it! It is great on area rugs and regular carpets. The vacuum suction is strong and leaves the carpets mostly dry after use. I go over the carpets with suction only when I finish up.
