As a Chihuahua Mom I can tell you there will be accidents, and I previously used my Bissell Spot-Bot which I love, but I still had to have my carpets professionally cleaned twice a year. For the cost of one carpet cleaning (I have three area rugs), I purchased this product which I can take out and use whenever I need to and not wait because I just had the carpet cleaned. Recently we had a Chihuahua house guest a week after my carpets were cleaned and she was not fully housebroken. I just got this machine and took it out and cleaned up the carpets in no time and they smell and look great. I also noticed that even though I had my carpets pro cleaned, that this machine picked up dirt they left behind. I love the storage tray so that my house is not a wet mess. Very ergonomic and thoughtfully desiged and easy to clean. The noise is not deafeninng and my dog is not afraid of it. Also love that I can use it on my tile floor. This machine will save me from wasting time, money and take te bother out of keeping my floors clean. Another home run from the Bissell family. I would never purchase any other brand since I know Bissell loves animals and outs a good deal of that into their products. I can rely on them.

Easy and Lightweight Game Changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner! With 5 children, 2 dogs and a cat, I do not have a shortage of cleaning products that I use and/or have tried to clean up the constant messes. The Bissell Jetscrub Pet Deep Cleaner fills a much needed space by providing an extremely light weight and easy to maneuver carpet cleaner. I was able to clean the carpet on my entire staircase in about 10 minutes! This product completely changed my cleaning routine. I previously cleaned my stairs separately from the rest of my house, because dragging the heavy carpet cleaner up and down the stairs or using a hand-held device took so much time. The Bissell Jetscrub is as quick and easy as using my stick vacuum. The quick clean function lets the carpet dry within an hour and the spot spray treater does an excellent job removing deep dark stains from my thick pile cream carpet. This carpet cleaner is easy enough to use to spot clean, but efficient enough to clean large areas as well. There was very little assembly (just attaching the handle) and it's light weight and easy to store. My only complaint was getting into tight corners; so, I still had to use a handle held device to get into those nooks and crannies. I don't know if you could get better than a light weight quick clean carpet cleaner for messes in a house with 5 kids and pets (except maybe a house cleaner)! I will absolutely be using this carpet cleaner all the time. Thank you Bissell for noticing a missing spot in the market and filling it. I didn't know how much I really needed this carpet cleaner I had it!

It was almost effortless to use and was able to take up stains from both my children and my animals. As a stay at home mom of a two and three year old that has two dogs and a cat, this thing has been a life saver. The one hour dry time is a game changer too. I no longer panic when there are messes on the carpet. Very thankful for this cleaner. I also love that it has a "home base" for it to be stored on while not using it. All around great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a dog and a toddler makes it hard to keep carpeted areas and rugs clean. I had been just using carpet cleaning sprays and a scrub brush with some elbow grease, but i always felt like i put in so much effort, to still end up with stains that made it feel not totally clean. This bissell deep cleaner is a lifesaver for me. It is sooo light and easy to move around my 2 story townhouse. My upstairs hallway gets the most dirty, so i decided to test the cleaner up there on the stains from previous messes. When i was done the water was almost brown, it was so dirty. And the carpet looked almost brand new, i was shocked! This tiny little cleaner did such a good job! Emptying the tank and cleaning after was a breeze. The carpet took a little while to dry, but thankfully i did it in the morning and was able to keep everyone off until it was dry. I also had to use the quick clean mode on some applejuice that my toddler spill on the rug in the playroom, which came up no problem and was clean and dry within 45min. I haven't used it on pet messes yet, but from what I've seen it do, I dont think ill have a problem. Overall this cleaner is a perfect fit for my family, i haven't found anything i dont like about it. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet deep cleaner.

I have 2 dogs and 3 children, one of which is an infant, and I am always cleaning the carpets because my infant is learning to crawl and I HATE a dirty floor! I have a large bulky carpet cleaner that after spending a lot of money on, did not live up to my standards and is a hassle to use as frequently as I would like to use it. I purchased an area rug last year that I keep in my living area and the dogs are constantly trampling over it and it looks dingy and the white areas quickly turned brown, I thought all hope was lost until I recurved the BISSELL jetscrub! It works miracles. It is lightweight, incredibly easy to use and it brought my rug back to life!!!! It got tough stains out with ease and is incredibly simple to use and takes no time at all! The cleaning solution it came with smells phenomenal and erases any trace of pet odor in my home! It is very compact, comes with a tray/stand to store it on and includes a cleaning tool for the brush roller.
