[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Home user. Have four dogs and need to clean the carpeting on a regular basis. The cleaner was almost ready to use right out of the box. Very little assembly and what there was was a piece of cake. Easy to use and very light. The only reason for four stars and not five is the scrubbing roller is a bit small as is the reservoir for the cleaning solution. But it is a lightweight machine that takes very little effort to use so if these two items were larger that aspect and advantage would be lost. Kind of a trade off. Overall a good machine, easy to use and does a good job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner. It was easy to put together and simple to use. I loved the fact that it has multiple options and also has a spot cleaning option. It was easy to add water and cleaner and guidelines on the machine were easy to read. It is very light weight and easy to maneuver around the house. I wish the cord for the machine was a tad bit longer though. I felt like it really left home smelling fresh and clean and was worth using. I received this product free from Stellar Product Testing Panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a dog, two cats and an eight-year-old daughter, so the messes are abundant. The Jet Scrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner gets the job done fast and easy. It is so easy to use that I can use it daily if I need to. I have used other heavier and larger carpet cleaners but this one has proven to be the best. It saves me time and energy. It is very simple to fill the water tank and put it back on the cleaner. When the dirty water tank fills up the cleaner starts making a different noise so you know it's time to change out that tank. The top comes completely off the dirty tank so you can pour it out and rinse it with ease. You have the option for different levels of cleaning. If you have a bad stain on the floor, there is another option, which with the touch of a button shoots out a stream of the cleaning mixture for those tough stains. I found this useful in my daughter's room where she got into my makeup without telling me. After I finished with the cleaner, it did not take very long for the carpet to dry. The suction on this cleaner is excellent. I would definitely recommend this clean to anyone. It also comes with a base to set it on when not in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product awhile ago and so far I am very impressed. I have two dogs who sometimes urinate on the carpets. I usually have to hand scrub the spots out with multiple cleaners in order to fully get the smell out. This bissel pet scrub deep cleaner took out all the smell and removed the stains. I like to use the express clean feature which drys in about an hour. The spot treatment feature I used once on a tough stain and it came out as well. I love the cleaner it came with because it really works and makes my carpets smell nice. My daughter loves her puppies and sometimes they get excited and urinate a little on her play rug. I included photos of her rug and how nicely clean it is now. I couldn't get the tough stains out before using this product so that makes me very happy that this bissel worked so well. I have used carpet cleaners in the past that are heavy and hard to clean. This bissel is very light and easy to clean with a detachable brush to rinse out and place on a dry tray that comes with the bissel. How cool is that?! I also want to add that this bissel doesn't use nearly as much water to clean as previous cleaners I've used in the past, although you do have to dump the dirty water half way through cleaning because it does not hold as much water as the clean jug does. All in all I am very satisfied with this carpet cleaner as it has fit all of my needs. I would recommend this bissel to anyone looking for a good convenient cleaner to get out the smells and stains of pets and little children.

I tested it on an area rug and seems to have done a decent job. I used express clean but did not dry in half hour. As a matter of fact it's been close to 2 hours and still damp. This is not a deal breaker at all for me. It's not at all saturated like some people have reported. However, I'll still need to test the deep clean. So far, I'm satisfied with the performance and especially size of the unit.
