Great for removing stains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the opportunity to try the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner compliments of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I was very pleased with this deep cleaner. I had an opportunity to use the JetScrub on multiple occasions after my dog has a series of accidents in our bedroom closet. The JetScrub was easy to initially set up, and the instructions were easy to understand. The machine is relatively light weight, and easy to maneuver. I loved the headlights feature in our dark closet. The JetScrub did an excellent job of effortlessly removing pet diarrhea stains from our medium pile carpet. I did notice a lingering urine odor once the carpet dried, but I will continue to experiment with different cleaning solutions. The only real negative I saw was that the tank of water and cleaning solution runs out rather quickly, making it somewhat tedious to clean a large room. In summary, I would recommend this product.

Great carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lightweight and compact carpet cleaner. I love that it's easy to fill & more importantly - easy to clean out. I've had other spot cleaners that get really gunky and gross after using and they are impossible to clean out after. This product seems to have improved that - the whole top comes off to empty and clean out. It cleaned up some more recent carpet stains but other stains (that weren't removed even by a professional carpet cleaner) weren't removed but that's not surprising. Carpet definitely looks refreshed after going over it with the pet jet scrub. With a dog and two kids - this carpet cleaner comes in handy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that the Bissell Jet Scrub Pet Carpet Cleaner exceeded my expectations. Although smaller in size than some of the other carpet cleaners I have used it certainly works just a big. My carpets are clean and fresh and dry so quickly it is never an imposition to anyone when the machine has been used. It also features and ingenious design with the collapsible handle, which allows me to store it in my kitchen broom closet with ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works fabulously! This seems to clean as well, I decided to try this because it says it's made for homes with pets and we have dogs. I used the carpet cleaner and wow... I had cleaned the carpet about two weeks ago with an older and smaller Bissell. Thought I got it pretty clean. Then I received this one and redid the same carpet. The water was just as dirty as the first time I cleaned it. The machine is a little to maneuver, but it is worth it for the better job it does.

We have 2 large dogs and a cat and keeping our carpets clean is very important. This steam cleaner is the best one I have had so far. Cleans perfectly, and the drying time is not long. Carpets feel, look and smell great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love BISSELL products. I also own their proheat cleaner but it is heavier and not as practical for quick messes or smaller rooms. This tank capacity is 3/8 gallon vs the proheat which is 1 gallon. This JetScrub is so easy to use my 7 year old was able to clean her carpet alone. It just so happened that my cat puked the day after I received it. This surpassed my expectations. I do wish it had a auto retractable cord and small upholstery brush esp at this price point considering the proheat is only $10 more. I did notice in the manual that some models will include a bare floor brush and I'm looking forward to purchasing that attachment when it becomes available.
