[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two rooms that Really Needed the carpets cleaned. In the living room, an area rug that hadn't been cleaned in a long time.. maybe, 25 years. Half of it was so dirty and discolored from being the half for foot traffic. It came clean very nicely, it can use another run but I am happy with how it came out, I've included pix of it. Now, the bedroom carpet is a bit different. The texture isn't like the area rug. It made it harder to get it clean. I'm disappointed about this. I went through ALOT of cleanser in the bedroom and I hadn't even gotten half way through it. It will definitely need a few more passes with the carpet cleaner to get it stain free. But it got the majority of it cleanish and the room smells and feels much cleaner. In both rooms it pulled the ground in animal hair, grime and dirty very well. There was tuffs of gross, slimy, hair balls. I really couldn't believe how much! You definitely cannot get that out scrubbing by hand. Clean up was easy. Even with all the hair it pulled up, it didn't really get embedded in the brush roll, which was nice. Any piece that needs to be rinsed after use pops right off and is simple to clean. I think I would have gone with a bigger and more powerful carpet cleaner, if we had more carpet in our house. Or if we had new carpets. Once the areas of high traffic are cleaned up to my liking, I think this carpet machine will be great for upkeep. For heavy duty jobs not so much. I also tried it on tile, it worked OK. It did pull a ton of black water out of the crack between my tile and door way. That was nice to see.

Suction is improved if the roller bar is removed. An adjustable brush roller would improve suction after cleaning to pickup more water and dry carpet. Suggestion to users, use very little water as only a little water goes a long way in cleaning a small area rug or pet stain spot.
Pros: Easy to fill wet container with formula, Lightweigt and easy to move under furniture., Power cord is good and long, Power cord is very durable, so it should last

Perfect for pet accidents

It is easy to fill and empty, which makes for quick clean up. Having 3 dogs and 2 cats, there is always a possibility of "stuff" on the carpet. This machine sucked the mess right up. The carpet was slightly damp but quickly dried.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BISSELL JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner is phenomenal! I recommend it 110% for anyone with pets. I also would recommend it to anyone with children or just looking for an excellent carpet cleaner. It is really lightweight and simple to use, which is perfect for a crazy busy mama! It did an amazing job getting out stains from dog pee to strawberries! I am really thankful to have received this because renting can be extremely expensive and it is difficult to find a carpet cleaner that truly works! BISSELL is an excellent brand that I know I can trust. Their vacuums and carpet cleaners are absolutely top of the line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for an honest review. I loved the portability of this machine!! I have a genetic disease that makes my joints weaker than most people, and using a less-bulky and lightweight carpet cleaner has improved my ability to clean! On the express clean setting, I got through two rooms and a hallway in my house without changing the tank, and it also helped me clean my area rug without soaking it. That's extremely satisfying and more time-efficient for a busy mom like myself. The brushes work very well, and my carpet looks much cleaner even after express cleaning, compared to my other Bissell. The clean shot spray function was great for pretreating stains before cleaning them and easy to use. Lastly, the deep cleaning function worked really well for more concentrated areas of stains, and I love the option to switch between express clean/deep clean for rooms. I love that I can take care of every issue without changing the tank too often, or wasting a lot of water. And the carpet dries quickly compared to when I cleaned with my other Bissell. And out of anything I've ever used, this was the easiest machine to take apart, which is also a huge plus!

I have a thick wool carpet and it clean up really nicely with this small easy to handle Bissel rug cleaner. I also like the launch pad that holds comment parts out to dry. So far very pleased. I hope the parts hold up in time.

This little carpet cleaner is perfect. So easy and light to just grab and attack the spot right when it happens. This has saved our carpet and rugs! Very easy to use, and works like a dream. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am trying to decide how much I love this little cleaner. I received the product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and own another, larger Bissell product and use it for much larger spaces, but I really love how easy to use this machine is especially for small spots on the carpet. It cleans up super quick and it amazingly easy to prep - you can get a stain handled in less than 5 minutes, for sure. One issue I had was that the area I have cleaned is left really crusty feeling - can't figure out if it is just the solution or the way the machine dries since it is a bit wetter after than I am used to.
