Great for big leaks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful cleaner but it is not great for deep cleaning. It is wonderful if you spill something and need to clean it up right away or just get up dirt. Spots that were already on my carpet didn't come up but I may use a different cleaner next time and see if that helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed by the power that this machine packs. I expected it to remove surface and recent stains, but I tried the JetScrub on an older stain that was in my daughters room when we bought the house 8 years ago and to my surprise it actually removed it completely!!! Talk about impressed. The machine itself is mid-weight and easy to operate. One of my favorite aspects of this machine is that it came with a storage base so that you can put it away right after use and not worry about it mildewing on the floor or making a mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the cleaning ability on thick carpet and rugs. The design is great and it is easy to use. I especially like the larger bristles on the roller which work well to clean deeper. I have 2 dogs and 7sed to use a different cleaner which is nowhere near as good at getting the odor out. I would definitely recommend.

Lightweight but powerful cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned big, bulky, heavy floor cleaners that were far more powerful than the BISSELL JetScrub Pet cleaner but this is smaller, more compact and lightweight so it makes using it for small quick messes a breeze. I have 2 small children and a dog who loves the mud in my house so spills and muddy paws are no longer an issue for me. Because it's meant for smaller messes, the tank is much smaller and it's easier to assemble. I'm a small person and it's a great size for me. It comes on it's own base for easy storage where you can keep extra nozzles and the clean out brush for the machine which is also a nice feature. I cleaned my camper after a rainy weekend of camping and did both the hard and carpeted surfaces and it looked fantastic. My only complaint is that once you turn the machine off, dirty water leaked back onto the floor I had just cleaned. Everytime I've used the machine, I have been on a hard surface when I was finished cleaning so it was easy to just wipe up the mess it made once I shut it off. Overall, I'd say this is a great machine and does exactly what it's intended for. I, personally, love it.

I haven't had a carpet cleaner in a few years and I forgot what I was missing. I have three pets so cleaning the carpet is super important and this deep cleaner was able to clean my carpets and leave it fresh smelling it even looks whiter. I would totally recommend this to anybody that has pets or children as it's a quiet, deep cleaning, easy to use, lightweight solution to dirty carpets! I even cleaned the cushions to my couch with this! Could not recommend more!

Awesome Carpet Cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two labs and two kiddos - needless to say, our house takes a beating when it comes to messes. This thing is awesome! It is attractive to look at, is lightweight, and it cleans like a beast. I love that the carpet isn't overly saturated after a cleaning, and I LOVE that the carpet cleaner comes with a tray so it doesn't soak the floors once you're finished cleaning. The light on the carpet cleaner is just the icing on the cake! I would absolutely recommend this carpet cleaner to others - it is a winner for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleaner was so easy to use! It is very lightweight and works extremely well. After cleaning, the dirty spots have not returned, which is wonderful! The light on the front of the vacuum makes it so easy to see where you need to clean and since it's so lightweight and easy to use, it's great for spot cleaning. The power cord is the perfect length, plenty of length to move around the whole room without have to change outlets.
