The luxury almost makes you forget you're cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this awesome product for free because I'm a member of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My thoughts coming out of the box were how compact the product is. It's slim design has me affectionately referring to it as the "apartment carpet shampoo-er" because its size is perfect for someone who is low on storage space and needs a small appliance that packs a punch. I appreciate the included "home port" (a plastic tray made to fit the product) to protect my floors from leaky water. Upon setup, I love how the clean water tank clicks in and out of place so I know it's good to go. I appreciate the clearly labeled tank to tell me how much of everything could go in there. Setup was super fast and easy! The machine maneuvers so nicely, it's not difficult at all. Finally plugged it in and - call me a simpleton - but those LED lights are cool and feel luxurious. I had a hand full of spots in my house that I knew needed to be tended to right away (pet stains), so I got to work. I did a deep clean on every spot and, like magic, the Bissell removed them all!!! I couldn't believe it - they were WEEKS old and then *poof* gone! Clean up took longer than set up, but it was still so, so easy. You just pop the empty tank off and rinse, then pop the little brush part off and do the same. Sometimes stubborn hair gets stuck in it, but Bissell included a tool for that, so it's a cinch! My only complaints are 1) in my experiences, my carpet didn't dry as fast as I would have hoped. 2) because the vacuum is so compact, you have to refill the clean tank... a lot. It goes through water so fast, so if you have a large room and you want one shampoo-er to regularly use, this one may not be the best match for you. Like I said - it's the perfect apartment carpet shampoo-er. 3) and finally, I really wish it was compatible with other Bissell products. It doesn't go from home to car and I wish I could have both in one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised when I received this cleaner. It is smaller and lightweight compared to cleaners I have used in the past. I had my doubts, but I was pleasantly surprised! This cleaner may be lightweight but it is powerful! This item is perfect for smaller rooms, as it does not have a large tank so you would have to constantly refill. I used the cleaning solution that came with the cleaner and it works great and leaves your room smelling fresh.

The size and weight are perfect: it is super lightweight and asu to carry around, and its size makes easy to store and very helpful when it is time to use it around/under furniture or corners. It has a powerful suction that can get rid of stains and dust in a heartbeat! I love the style/design: modern and eye catching. Another thing that is a huge plus to me is how quiet it is: I used it for the first time on a weekend, while my entire family was in bed and none of them noticed it! Overall, it is an amazing, auper effective, easy to use product, that I absolutely recommend to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner was very easy to assemble. The handle is retractable, which allows it to be store in easier. It comes with a base to sit in when not in use. This is nice as you don't end up with puddles on the floor. It also comes with a tool to cleaner the roller/brush. It's very easy to use and I though the auction was great. The weight is good, easy to take up and down the stairs. It's an easy cleaner that I can be used daily. I have three cats and one dog. One cat barfs a lot, this cleaner is easy for me to get out every time he throws up and clean the carpet immediately. It also removed several old stains on the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really loving my Jetscrub pet. I have 3 small children, a cat that sheds everywhere and a dog that loves to track messes through the house. This carpet cleaner is so simple and easy to use. It came out of the box assembled and ready to go. I was happy and surprised by how lightweight it was compared to other models I've owned. Its also nice and compact, with a retractable handle making it easy to fit into small spaces for storage. I love that it comes with a base to stand it on, so that it can properly dry and not leak dirty water onto my floors when I'm done using it. It has 3 different cleaning modes available. You can use it to deep clean, deep clean with an anti-bacterial formula and also express clean. It also comes with a Clean shot in the front that you can use to target particularly bad spots and get it right where you need it. I was honestly impressed by how much dirt I was able to clean out of my carpet. It is also surprisingly easy to clean the machine out after you're done using it. You simply pull the water collection tank out, dump the dirty water into the sink, then rinse off the bristles and you done!
