[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 months review. Used almost every other week. The JetScrubber has to be in your house for every week cleaning. Has good performance all round in carpets and rugs. Easy to use on stairs. The hard floor companion does not do a good job on tiles. Perhaps works better on wood or laminated floors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's the only machine that removes the entire stains without a mark

I have an incontinent senior dog and this carpet cleaner is a life saver. I previously used SpotBot but that left "clean" circles on the carpet. This upright version is as easy to use and covers an larger area and dries more quickly.

Get one! As a matter of fact get two.. I did! It's the first machine I've been able to get pet stain out without a trace. It's like magic. I'm old and in our 50 years of marriage with 4 girls ( and all their friends) and 12 dogs ( during those years) I only wish I had found this pet cleaner year ago!

Used it once for urine accident, spent more time cleaning the machine of carpet fuzz and urine smell. Will never use it again.

Bissell products are wonderful because they are easy to use and clean. Have the cordless pet scrubber which is a must for any pet owner. Purchased the corded JetScrub Pet Carpet Cleaner which also is used on hard surfaces. Cleaning is super.
