Efficient and Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so much easier and less time consuming than renting a carpet cleaner - which is what I used to do. The Jetscrub is such a great alternative. I have a toddler and a labradoodle so messes are bound to occur on our carpets. This cleans thoroughly and is easy to use whether it be on pet accidents or food/drink stains. It gets rid of even old stains that would usually be hard to remove. It's lightweight and very easy to pull apart and clean. I recommend this for anyone with kids and/or pets, it works just as good (if not better) as the professional cleaners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Jetscrub Pet Carpet Cleaner does an amazing job, it is easy to use. This machine is designed for spot cleaning. You can clean a long runner or large area rug on one fill. It scrubs and socks up the dirt and soapy water, so when you are done, the rug is only slightly damp. I was amazed how dirty my rugs and carpets were. It not only removed the pet stains but, the dirt as well. My dog loves laying on all the rugs and carpets, we had some stains from accidents, they are now gone. I am bringing it over to my father'said home to clean up all the pet stains my dog made. But I am bringing it back home, it is also a great rug cleaner. The water was black, I am happy to have it and highly recommend it. It works great, you will be impressed. It everything it says it is plus more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a great carpet cleaner. It's very compact and does a great job. My carpet dried quickly and looks new. The compact size is nice to be able to do stairs and small areas but it does make larger areas take longer. There are also no attachments included for upholstery. For the price I would like to see more attachments. The base that it comes with is super helpful to keep the floor dry after using and it also comes with a tool to clean the rotating brush. A big thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting me test this product for free.

I've been looking for a great, early storable and portable carpet cleaner for my home. We have mostly hardwood floors with area rugs that get high traffic from both pets and kids. We also have a carpeted play room and you can imagine the spills, stains and smells that area gets. I used this first on my high traffic living room area rug which we just got in September 2018. There was a known pet accident as well as some visible spilling stains from toddler cups. The Bissell Jetcrub pet deep cleaner was extremely easy to navigate. Adding the cleaning solution and getting started was very straightforward. I went over the entire area rug (10X10) once until my cleaner ran out and the water it pulled from the carpet was black! I couldn't believe how dirty the rug was for being less than a year old. The cleaner itself is light and smells great. The spill stains were lifted immediately. My carpet looked amazing! I ran over the rug a second time and the water was still dirty but not nearly as dark in color. This machine was very easy to use, clean and small enough to store in a closet. We have an older home with limited storage space and the carpet cleaner fit in our small closets just fine. We work hard to maintain a clean home but my house smelled noticeably fresher just by cleaning one area. My only complaint is that I wish it had one attachment that I could use on the furniture or steps. I think that it's a powerful little carpet cleaner but having an attachment option would take it to the next level. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner.

Lightweight but powerful cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned big, bulky, heavy floor cleaners that were far more powerful than the BISSELL JetScrub Pet cleaner but this is smaller, more compact and lightweight so it makes using it for small quick messes a breeze. I have 2 small children and a dog who loves the mud in my house so spills and muddy paws are no longer an issue for me. Because it's meant for smaller messes, the tank is much smaller and it's easier to assemble. I'm a small person and it's a great size for me. It comes on it's own base for easy storage where you can keep extra nozzles and the clean out brush for the machine which is also a nice feature. I cleaned my camper after a rainy weekend of camping and did both the hard and carpeted surfaces and it looked fantastic. My only complaint is that once you turn the machine off, dirty water leaked back onto the floor I had just cleaned. Everytime I've used the machine, I have been on a hard surface when I was finished cleaning so it was easy to just wipe up the mess it made once I shut it off. Overall, I'd say this is a great machine and does exactly what it's intended for. I, personally, love it.
