[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife loves this. Since she is allergic to some pet dander and we have a dog and just had a litter of kittens in the house that just found a new home it was time to clean everything good and get rid of her constant headaches and sinus reactions from the dander. The unit is wonderful to work with. It is light, has an easy to fill water supply and chemical mix and when the thing is full and needs to be refreshed it turns itself off. The clean is deep and really gets down to where we needed it. The spot clean option is a great feature that was introduced by the Swiffer Sweeper and I am glad this can do the shoot and clean. I also like that if you want to tackle the hardwood in your house all you have to do is open the clear good and swap out the scrub heads. Simple and so so useful. I would definitely buy this again if something were to ever happen to the one I have. The house smells better and my wife feels better. It's a good win-win!

Convenient and effective for pet stains and dirty carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this carpet cleaner for spot cleaning or small room cleaning. It works on pet stains like mud they've tracked in from the yard, or other gross stains. It also works well as a general carpet cleaner and removes dirt and grime from general use. The carpet dried fairly fast after use... probably a few hours at most, so it is convenient to use any time. The machine is very small compared to the professional type you can rent, which is convenient for storage. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. You have to dump and clean out the dirty water after each use, so it's nice that it is easy to remove and clean out. This is best for people with just a few rooms worth of carpet. It is has a small water capacity so it would take a lot of product and refilling to clean a large room or a whole house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For such a light weight machine it does clean well. I wish it had an attachment so I can do the sofas and get rid of pets and kids smell on those areas too. For such a light weight machine it does clean well. Having said that there's a few drawbacks; the carpet was still a bit damp/wet after several sweeps of the machine without the water. And there were some fuzzy balls left for me to pick up. However the dirty water container was gross! It does the job. I wish it had an attachment so I can do the sofas and get rid of pets and kids smell. For the floor is an area rugs wonderful machine. It was really easy to remove the dirty water container emptied out rent it out put it back in the machine refilling the machine with solution and water was super simple. Compare to other floor cleaners/carpet cleaners I've tried this one on par, the only reason is this one does not have additional attachments to do the sofas but for floor carpet cleaning purposes it's on par. It's a lovely carpet shampooer for people who just need to shampoo floor areas and rugs. I have recommended it to friends who have predominately carpeted areas and leather furniture. It does the job! The dirty water container pulls out dirty water. With regular usage it will maintain those areas very well. The solution that comes with it is amazing!

Fresher looking carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bissell JetScrub™ Pet Carpet Cleaner | 25299 free in exchange for an honest review and opinion of the product. I own a large Bissell carpet cleaner, but it is large and heavy so it doesn't get much use. When this arrived I was excited to try this because it is smaller, weighs less than my vacuum, & is especially for pets. The handle retracts into the machine making it much easier to store. Filling the tank is very easy. The buttons are on the handle making them easily accessible. There are 2 buttons to dispense the cleaner both on the handle. The cord comes out of the bottom of the machine. This is a drawback for me, and I hold the cord while vacuuming, and each time I stopped to move something I had to get the cord off the floor. I have a bad back, & bending can be very difficult. As far as cleaning, the carpet smelled great after use It looked fresh & clean. However it did not remove the spots my dog left from his multiple chew toys & snacks. To give it a fair shot I went over each area multiple times, but the spots remained. As far as a fresher cleaner looking carpet this would be my go to carpet cleaner. For removing tough pet stains, this fell short for me, but I have my large Bissell carpet cleaner that works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got to try the Bissell Jet Scrub vacuum out on my carpet. I have a cat and sometimes I wish that I could get a deeper clean. I finally got my wish. The vacuum was easy for my husband to assemble - it took maybe 10 minutes. The vacuum comes with great instructions on how to fill up the little compartment with water and solution (that also came with the vacuum). Then I was off and running. This Bissell was smaller than I thought it would be, but was surprisingly ergonomic. I thought I was going to have to bend over to use it, but that wasn't the case. It was easy to use, and it felt good to finally feel my carpet that clean. It hadn't felt that way since I moved into my house almost 4 years ago. I trust that this handy little vacuum will help keep my carpets cleaner than ever. Totally recommend and would buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really impressed with this carpet cleaner. It cleans my carpets and floors really well. It's well-design, compact and most importantly, it doesn't take up a lot of room in my cabinet. Even my 9-year-old son loves to use it to clean our carpets and rugs.
