It's well-design, compact and most importantly, it doesn't take up a lot of room in my cabinet. Even my 9-year-old son loves to use it to clean our carpets and rugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with the cleaning ability on thick carpet and rugs. The design is great and it is easy to use. I especially like the larger bristles on the roller which work well to clean deeper. I have 2 dogs and 7sed to use a different cleaner which is nowhere near as good at getting the odor out. I would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner is a fantastic machine! I have three kids and a dog so my carpets take quite the beating. After two runs on the playroom carpet, all the stains are gone!! My favorite part of this cleaner is that it uses fresh water to clean and collects the dirty water into a separate reservoir. It also comes with a stand that has designated slots for the rollers and water containers so they all have a place to dry after using the machine. There are several settings so the machine works on all types of carpeting. It can be used on hard floors as well! I find it so satisfying to take apart the machine and dump the dirty water down the drain. I feel as though my carpets are cleaner and softer than ever. Thank you to the Stellar Product Testing Panel and Bissell for giving me this machine in exchange for my honest review.

Great for spot cleaning and small area treatment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jets scrub pet carpet cleaner was easy to put together out of the box and easy to get started cleaning. The only issue I had was upon initial cleaning. It sounded like the vacuum function stopped working, after I had cleaned about a 2-ft by 4 ft section of my area rug. I inspected the roller and took the cleaner apart to see if I could find anything clogging the vacuum tube. I considered completely taking the cleaner apart by removing screws and whatever I had to, because I was unsure why the cleaner no longer had any suction. While holding the waist water container, that was not even halfway full, I noticed a float inside that would move up and down with the waste water. It was only then that I realized the float was causing the suction valve to close because this cleaner only holds a small amount of waste water. I reopened the instruction manual and read through it again, specifically looking for this "feature." The description of this feature ended up being the second half of a small paragraph in the section of the manual that shows you how to clean the parts of the cleaner. So yes, it's actually a feature for the suction valve to close after the waste water tank is maybe 1/3 full. This ended up being my only issue with this product, but now that I know about it, it's not so bad. I just wish there would be a bold letter statement about this in the "operation instruction" section of the manual. I will just have to empty the wastewater container more often than I thought. Overall, the cleaning action itself was really impressive and was able to remove a thick latte stain from my area rug within minutes. See photos (latte stain is light brown, the dark brown is part of the rug pattern).

It is lightweight, easy to handle, cleans well. I have to refill and empty often if doing the whole carpet but that's understandable because it's main function is "spot or area" cleaning. I love it and recommend to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner is amazing!! It really cleans deep down and gets all of the dirt out. It's very powerful and easy to use. It's lightweight so it makes it easier to use. I hadn't heard of this product before trying it. I love that it doesn't take long for the carpet to dry after cleaning it because it's hard to keep the kids and the pets out of the room for too long. The handle is adjustable so that you can make it the right height for you. The tanks are very easy to remove and replace. This is the perfect cleaner for me and I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Is not just for pet stains, can be used to thoroughly clean most carpets. Lightweight and compact, can be used just about anywhere including the stairs and even under the furniture. Has deep cleaning and express cleaning mode. Express mode cleans well, and dries fast. Brushes work well, clean great. Tanks are super easy to fill & empty. Machine is easy to clean all together. Includes a spot cleaner that sprays directly on stubborn stains. Practical handle with controls facing towards user (upside down if opposite the machine, right side up if using the machine). The soap doesn't sud up all crazy, making a wet sopping mess on the carpet. Cons: You have to empty the water containers more than once on larger areas. But this is not a con to me at all, so if you are looking for something with bigger water tanks then this machine is not for you. Does not come with attachment to clean near baseboards. I had to hand clean the edges so rooms didn't have dirty edges surrounding a freshly cleaned whiter carpet. I cannot say enough good things about this new JetScrub™ Pet Carpet Cleaner. Even though it's not marketing as a heavy duty carpet cleaner but rather marketing as a pet stain and carpet cleaner, I have used this in just about every carpeted room in my house and it cleans the carpets like new! Yes, some rooms have old (and newer) stains from my 3 large dogs, such as the living room. I used this on our 25 x 15 living room and I had to empty the dirty water 4 times (on express clean) and replenish the clean water 4 times. While some see this as a hassle, I do not at all b/c the small water bins make the machine much less heavier to move around. I like this so much better than the big bulky heavy duty carpet machines. I also used this on a white carpet area of about 8 x 5 and only had to use one water tank on deep clean mode. It turned from being an ugly brownish cream to being a whitish cream, almost like new!! I was absolutely thrilled and still am. Best one yet!

Works best on small pet stains

It was very easy to assemble, which is a plus. It's small and lightweight so it's easy to get it around different parts of the house as well. It works pretty well for cleaning up small stains in the carpet, especially pet stains. However, I would not recommend this for harder stains or for trying to clean a big area. All in all, it's a pretty good cleaner for small spots when you need it!
