[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would like to start out by saying that I would rather have this one than my Kirby shampooer for many reasons. Fist of all the power that this BISSELL JetScrub has is amazing, also I love the fact that the container where te nastu water goes into is much more bigger than what the kit y has to offer and it's also enclosed unlike the Kirby that it's easily to be spilled back on the floor. I'm truly happy with my new BISSELL JetScrub as it does it's job leaving my floors from carpet, tile, linoleum & hardwood floors clean considering that I have pets on the house.

Compact carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Pet Jetscrub is a wonderful little carpet cleaner. The handle tucks down with the push of a button. Cleaning and storing the Jetscrub up is a breeze after shampooing. It is more compact than the Bissell Proheat 2x making it perfect for pet messes. There are 2 modes to wash with, express or deep clean. The express won't wet the carpet as much. It cleans just as well as a full size Bissell, witch is impressive. My only complaint is that the carpet was still quite wet after I was finished. I would like to see more suction power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Small but Mighty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't be fooled by the size of this machine. It is super powerful and left my carpets super fresh. Just be careful not to run over the cord with the machine as it almost cut the cord completely. I used electrical tape to fix it up but just beware. Other than that this machine is perfect for spills, pet messes and anything that stains your carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy with how easy this machine was to use- it was so simple to fill up AND clean out. When working with water and pet waste, sometimes you get a lingering, residual funk on a carpet machine- but this one was so simple to clean out that I had no issues with that! I really like that this is a serious cleaner, but lightweight and so simple to maneuver- much nicer than big bulky contraptions I've had in the past- so it makes me actually USE this machine often!! We have an older cat with some food sensitivity issues, and her favorite place to empty her stomach is on the light colored carpet in the nursery, of all places! It was looking pretty rough in there, so I took this carpet cleaner up and went to town on all the little spots- there were one or two that are still slightly there, but overall, this machine did and EXCELLENT job at cleaning that carpeting-I feel much better about letting the baby play in there now! I feel so much better about cleaning with this machine than continuously spraying with chemical-smelling carpet sprays, so I'll be keeping this one handy for the next time the cat thanks us for dinner by leaving it in the floor. I'm so glad to have this machine in my cleaning Arsenal!

Perfect for spot cleaning and small spaces!

Right out of the box, the JetScrub was easy to assemble, register and then use. My only issue during set up was determining if my bottle of cleaning solution was an "Easy Fill" bottle; it was not, but I learned quickly that the solution smells great and wipes easily off hard surfaces. The first thing I noticed was the low profile when the telescoping handle is in the down position. It's low enough that it would easily fit under a standard height cabinet. Then, I attempted to carry it upstairs to my carpeted floors, this is where it got a little tricky; that telescoping handle is the ONLY handle and it makes for a very awkward carry upstairs, regardless of what position the handle is in. I would love to see the addition of another handle above the tank, similar to the handle on the CrossWave. The JetScrub is noticeably quieter than other carpet cleaners I've used, it is lightweight and it's narrow head made it easy to clean underneath and next to heavy pieces of furniture. I first cleaned my family room, the cleaning tank was empty before I got halfway through the room, whereas it held the perfect amount for cleaning our smallest bedroom. This machine would be perfect for smaller homes (ours is 4000sqft) or for spot cleaning. In my home, it will not take the place of the big heavy duty cleaner. After cleaning the carpets, "clean up" was easy. The brush roll comes out to be cleaned and the storage tray has a dedicated space for drying the brush roll. I wish the storage tray also had a dedicated space for drying the dirty water tank, as it has to be fully dried before reassembling. I had to leave the dirty tank to dry in my utility sink with strict instructions not to use it. I was given the opportunity to test this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
