With a toddler, an infant, a dog, and two cats, keeping anything clean is a real struggle, especially the carpets. We have a traditional carpet cleaning machine but the process of lugging is heavy cleaner around, fumbling with filling and emptying it and establishing and enforcing a quarantine zone around the area so it can dry is such a hassle to clean up a few mushed in blueberries or some melted chocolate is not worth it. So I was one my hands and knees scrubbing carpet stains by hand a lot When we received the Bissell JetScrub Deep Cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was excited, but maintained a healthy skepticism and expected to use it a few times, realize it was a hassle and default back to hand scrubbing. I was wrong. This thing ticks all the boxes that make traditional heavy machines a chore and cleaning the carpets has changed from something I would do every six months, to something I find my self doing every couple of weeks. Personally, my favorite feature of this cleaner is how simple it is to maintain. It's an often overlooked consideration when shopping for a carpet cleaner. Everyone at some time is going to pick up some extra stuff, especially with pets. That pet hair over time gets stuck on the brush rollers and in the dirty water tank so you must be diligent about cleaning it regularly but many carpet cleaners don't consider this and as a result, are extremely hard to thoroughly clean without taking the entire machine apart. The JetSrcub does not have this problem, it was designed with maintenance in mind. The roller, brushes and debris trap/overfill are easily accessible and removable just snapping in and out. They also include a neat little brush cleaning tool so you're not peeling off wet dog hair with your bare hands. Thank you for that Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bissell Jetscrub Pet Carpet Cleaner has really made my life so much easier! I'd previously been using a portable carpet cleaner for cleaning up smaller messes from my kids and cat, but having to use it sometimes multiple times a week began to get daunting. This has been a huge time (and back) saver! I honestly don't dread having to clean the carpet anymore! It's pretty amazing how much dirt, hair, etc. it'll pick up too. Not only does this do an amazing job of cleaning your carpets, but it's so easy to clean up when you're finished! This particular model has a really neat tray to store your machine and extra parts (if you have any), and also serves great as a drying rack after cleaning the pieces. I'm so happy to finally have a product that really simplifies my carpet cleaning needs, I'd definitely recommend it!

It worked better then my old machine and I didn't have to put much effort into it. I received this for free for a sample to try and wow it sure did what it said it would do. I only wished I had bought this instead of my old one. It was easy to use and nice looking. I recommend this to every one. Loved it! I added water and cleaner and sprayed the rug and sucked it up (great suction) I then rinsed with plain water. It was almost dried right away. My old one the rug was wet for days and days but not this one. The cord was really long. Great for pet spills. It has XL Power Brush with 10 rows of bristles and it is lightweight. I was floored that it has LED lights. Yep when it's on the lights go on then when you are cleaning more lights come on. Wow so fancy and I can see the rug better. Love it! The brush roll and nozzle and dirty dirt tank is easy to remove. I have a tray to set my cleaner on. It came with two bottles of cleaner so now I know what to buy for refills. I am so excited to finally get stains out of my carpet fast. Love it!

Light weight, easy to use and clean, great cleaning power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With three kids, three dogs, and a cat in our house messes happen daily. It never fails, the messes are always the worst on the carpeted areas. I am so thankful to have received the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. When first seeing the product I loved the size and style of the deep cleaner, which is similar to the size of an upright vacuum cleaner. After opening the box, the deep cleaner was very easy to assemble and fill. The directions were easy to understand. After the first use I was very surprised at the cleaning power. The deep cleaner quickly and easily cleaned carpet stains when following the directions. Some of the set in stains (ones that had been there for a year or more) didn't seem to come clean. Obviously the quicker you get to the stain the more complete it will clean up. The JetScrub was able to completely clean a few of our set in stains. The weight of the deep cleaner made moving it around very easy, much easier than larger, bulkier machines. The lighter weight made cleaning the carpet not as much of a chore. With the width of the carpet cleaner and reservoir size being smaller than larger machines I wouldn't recommend cleaning an entire large room with it, however I still prefer the lighter, easier to maneuver machine for frequent use. Two of my favorite features of the JetScrub are the telescoping handle (which makes it more compact for storage) and the storage tray (which allows the parts to have a place to dry thoroughly before reassembling). The telescoping handle goes up or down easily with the push of a button and is very sturdy feeling. I also love how easy it is to disassemble the cleaning head and clean it out. The two parts snap out and snap back in quickly and easily. I would highly recommend the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner as a deep cleaner for frequent use. It is light weight, easy to use, easy to clean out, and does a great job cleaning the carpet.

This works great and does its job very well. LED headlights highlights the spots clearly to target for cleaning. Power brush is more effective then the ones available and quickly removes the tougher stains as well. This is super easy to use and its lightweight handle makes it super comfortable to hold. The assembly was easy and quick. I love its express clean mode which dries the carpet super fast and it is strong enough to clean the toughest pet stains and other messes. Cleaning up the machine is equally easy as its EZ Clean Up design enables to remove the brush roll & nozzle quickly and can be cleaned in sink or under the tap, similarly the dirty water tank can be removed for quick drainage and cleaning. I have also tried other brands but this one is the best as this makes my cleaning easy and fast. Cord is long enough to cover good area in its reach. I had never thought this product will work like a charm for me. This cleaner is compact and it is easy to store and easy to move around the house while in use. I am glad I got this to try and my carpet has never been so clean. It also has a pet urine elimiator 8oz bottle and is effective is elminating the pee smell.
