[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's interesting how PET is the new attention grabber for carpet cleaning. My parents are in their 90s and they needed a lighter weight machine to take care of the spills and stains associated with people their age such as coffee cups getting spilled and dinners knocked to the floor while getting up from the living room chairs. (I won't mention occasional incontinence issues but that is happening.) Sooooo, lets just say "pet stains" are an issue too. All the power of the long standing model used for over 10 years is now available in a lightweight option. I couldn't be happier to have found this new upright cleaner for them and they are pleased with its ease of cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compact but efficient Jet Scrub Max Pet right of the bat cleaned a small area no problem. I was impressed with how quick it cleaned the area where the dogs made a mess. It was easy and quick to assemble and came with 2 bottles of solution, a storage tray and a cleaning tool. It is light weight and has a collapsible handle for convenient storage. The light weight made it easy to go up and down stairs 5 dogs and 3 carpeted Levels in our house means going up and down stairs a lot. The Jet Scrub Max Pet is perfect for multi level home with pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new BISSELL JetScrub Pet Carpet Cleaner! I recently had back surgery and am not able to lift heavy items. This is lightweight and very easy to maneuver. I can carry it up my stairs without much effort. I currently have two large dogs, one geriatric Cat and a very messy three year old grandson living with me. I am truly impressed by the job it did on the carpet stains and the fresh smell and cleanliness I achieved. Added bonus is the drip tray that comes with it. I can't say enough good things about this carpet cleaner. You will not be disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] BISSELL JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner The carpet cleaner that I owned prior to this is a Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe. I bought that one to help remove some stains on the carpet and it a a good, large machine comparable to the rug doctor rentals. When I received the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner to sample I was excited to try it because it it specifically for pets and my cats and dogs have left a few stains from messes. I also like that this is a more lightweight and portable unit so it's something I can more easily use and it claims it can be used on hard floors as well;however I did not test that feature. Unfortunately , after trying the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner I think I'll stick to my Hoover; I'd be highly disappointed had I spent money on this product and I can't say I'd recommend it to anyone. I was not aware of the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner prior to its use, but here is what my experience yielded. I was pleasantly surprised to see how easily this unit was to assemble out of the box. I like how lightweight and compact this is. It took me. A minute to figure out the telescopic handle, but that is a nice feature because it can fit in smaller spaces for storage. I also like that it comes with a standing tray so that after usage the unit can properly dry and drain without leaking onto carpet or other flooring. I also like the targeted treatment power spray feature for a tough spot. The unit was easy to recline for use and lock into upright for standing. It was also easy and simple enough to select my cleaning level and turn on the machine. This also came with two small sample bottles of the pet cleaner with oxy boost. The area I cleaned was my master bedroom and is a high traffic and mess area. I had to refill the tiny water reservoir 4 times to get the job done. That was a time consuming annoyance. Oddly enough, I only had to empty the dirty water container once, leaving me wondering where all that water is setting
Pros: Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on the JetScrub. Because it's a compact lightweight deep cleaner the water tank is definitely smaller than our other carpet cleaning machines.

I wanted to love this cleaner. I own a Bissell commercial vacuum and love it. I'm disappointed that the cleaning ability of this residential carpet cleaner is subpar. We wanted a floor cleaner that would really scrub our hard floors. We have tried hard floor cleaners specifically for hard floors, other brands, with no luck. They all barely scrub because the brushes only skim the surface of the floor. After watching multiple videos on Bissell carpet and hard floor cleaners we decided on this one because it states in the description that it works on hard floors. It is easy to setup and use. Unfortunately, this product is no better than the other ones we have tried. It does a light "sweep" over the floor but does not get deep, ground in dirt. We have light colored linoleum, so the dirt is easily seen. After using this on our floor, and going over really dirty spots multiple times with the machine, the dirt was still there, I ended using a Mr. Clean scrubber to get out the dirt left. That $ item worked better than this $$$ item. After doing more research, based on a notation in the product manual, I found out the machine as is doesn't do hard floors. You have to purchase an additional package at $40 to get the hard floor kit. That's insane considering the machine is close to $300. They should at least give you the option when checking out as to which package you want, carpet or hard floor. I'll be sending this product back. I have included pictures of before and after of the floor. This was after multiple swipes over the spot. I did try this on a rug we have. The express does what they say..it doesn't soak the carpet and it did get out dirt.

This bissell Jet Scrub carpet cleaner is amazing! I actually used my old carpet shampooer the day before using this one. I assumed my rugs were dead and I would need to shop for new ones soon. NOT the case at all. I plugged this cleaner in and was wowed right away. My rugs look almost brand new. I quickly cleaned every rug in the house. Easy to maneuver, super easy to clean, great telescoping handle. I would recommend this cleaner to anyone who is looking for one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner. I received the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner and immediately carved out some time to setting it up. To my surprise, after about 5 minutes it was all put together and I had a good understanding of how to use the cleaner. I loved how lightweight it was and felt that it's weight did not prohibit it from being a heavy duty machine. I was amazed/appalled at how much dirt and fir it picked up, even after I had just vacuumed. There was dog hair lining every nook of the machine when I was done, but the cleanup was still extremely easy. I really appreciate the drying rack for all of the parts. I felt it really helped me to maintain the machine correctly and efficiently. The machine was fast to clean and very satisfying to see all of that dirt and hair go down the drain (luckily I'm not easily grossed out). The machine did a great job on dirty paw prints that had been on my beige rug for months. I also used it on my daughter's area rug and it got out many of the spots on there as well. It didn't get out all of the spots on the area rug, but some of them were pretty old and had previously been scrubbed. I think if I used it right when the spots were made, it would have been a better result. I'll be sure to do that now. Especially because it's so easy to set up and use. Now if there is a spot on the rug, I am confident I could have it out in 10 minutes flat from start to finish. The best part about the whole experience was the smell. My office in my basement (with the wall to wall carpeting) smelled so fresh and clean. The clean smell lasted for days before fading...but even after fading there aren't the stinky dog smells there were before. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with pets or small kids. It's light, easy, and packs a punch.
