I have 2 dogs that have accidents occasionally and Had a few spots on my living room carpet and the Bissel Jetscrub Pet carpet cleaner removed those stains with ease. The carpet cleaner is light weight and easy to use for a quick clean or a heavy duty job! It truly is a life saver for my family of 5 and 2 fur babies I have already recommended to all my family and friends,my mom is actually try to borrow it already!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Jet Scrub Pet Carpet Cleaner by Bissell does a great job cleaning my carpets and area rugs and removing pet accidents and stains. This cleaner is lightweight and easy to operate. It is effective at removing new and old stains. I love the size of this unit as it is easy to grab quickly and use for new messes. It does not feel bulky or cumbersome to carry upstairs or down. I love that this cleaner came with a base to store it on and tools to clean it. I love that Bissell is a pet friendly company and helps me to keep my house clean while still enjoying my three fur babies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner blew my mind! It feels like a vacuum, but it's a powerful carpet cleaner! There's LED lights, heat and powerful scrubbing. My husband and I were renting carpet cleaners monthly because of my toddler and puppy. I will never have to rent again! I can't beleive how much this weighs, but cleans just as good as professional carpet cleaners. Storing it is super easy, it comes with a "docking station" if I should say, and a drying rack. I have it in the closet and I fit my vacuum right next to it. Now I can clean my carpet weekly instead of monthly and it does just as good as a rental. I had hard stains of baby food all over the carpet and now it looks brand new. I definitely recommend this!

My new (to me) home is mostly carpeted and we have a long hair cat so I was more than ready to test out its features when I was given this product to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It stores very compact but extends to a handy height and is lightweight to operate and tote from room to room which was easy on my back. I used it to clean one whole room and several high traffic areas including a stairway. It made the most notable difference where carpet abuts tile floors. Even though I vaccuum thoroughly with a higher end machine, the Bissell brought up lots of hair and dirt during cleaning and brightened areas I hadn't noticed were slightly gray. Our carpet also feels softer on our feet weeks after deep cleaning. I used a couple of Bissel cleaning solutions (the pet pro, regular pro and a stain booster) and really liked that the clean water tank is clearly marked with fill lines for various mixes. After bragging about it, I took it to my parents' home and cleaned a heavily used hallway. I spot treated a couple of dime sized stains and set to work. In 20 minutes it was totally clean, pulling up dirt, stains and erasing a well worn "path" from their bedroom to the bath. I was so pleased I could help them out and it was easy! I would confidently recommend this for pet messes since it is quick to set up and operate. My other favorite feature is how convenient it is to clean the machine itself after operation. The brush and nozzel pop out and there is a handy tool for removing any hair or debris. Everything is easy to rinse and it comes with a storage tray that catches any moisture while parts dry.

House is all tile so it only gets used on area rugs so not sure how the small size would work with large carpeted areas but I can say it out cleans larger machines I have had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to get a big coffee stain out of my white rug for weeks. Spray. Scrub. Repeat. I planned to rent a commercial machine for the job (even though they gross me out because I'm not sure where else they've been used, and because they are SO heavy and awkward to wheel around), but then was lucky enough to receive this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It took one cleaning to completely erase the coffee stain. Amazing! Did I mention it was lightweight and easy to maneuver?! I then used it to clean all my area rugs and the stairs and it performed beautifully. I'm obsessed!

Powerful suction and deep clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My carpets are old but this Bissell JetScrub Pet Carpet Cleaner did an excellent job of making them look really good again. I have two dogs, a cat, and three children that leave stains and dirt in my carpets and it seems to be a never-ending battle to keep them clean. I have been trying to rent a carpet cleaner at least twice a year from a local hardware store but those carpet cleaners are so heavy and bulky and inconvenient to transport back and forth. I really love the option of having my own carpet cleaner at home to use anytime and this carpet cleaner is lightweight and easy to use and I can even carry it upstairs without difficulty. I love the features of this Bissell JetScrub Pet Carpet Cleaner. It has powerful suction and the bristles of the brush really get in the carpet for a deep clean. It has an Express Clean Mode that I tried on my living room carpet and that carpet dried a lot quicker than the other carpets. I'll be using that mode often! It has LED headlights that help in dim lighting situations. This Bissell JetScrub Pet Carpet Cleaner really has made a difference in my old carpets. I am impressed with how much better my carpets look after using this carpet cleaner.
