This shampooer does not suction the water off the carpet well it leaks the dirty water on the carpet causing dirty spots.
Pros: Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Amazing i would buy this if i could

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trued many carpet cleaners but the jetscrub pet carpet deep cleaner is by far the best one i have ever used. I would buy the bissell jetscrub pet carpet deep cleaner when it comes out. I was not aware of it before participating in the product testing program. I would definitely reccomend it to others. I've already reccomended it to several of my friends and family members. I used it on my bed (mattress) and was amazed at how much yucky stuff it got out of my bed. I also used it on my carpet and am amazed at what it pulled out of my carpet. They're customer service is amazing. I put water in my clean water tank and it warped the tank so i called customer service and within 3 business days they had me a new tank in the mail.
Pros: Easy to clean, Ergonomic, Good Power Output, Lightweight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner was made for homes like mine - animals, kids and not a lot of storage! To be able to clean rugs and spot clean messes quickly is great! (looking at you old dogs with bowel control issues and child that knocks over red wine!) Vacuum cleaning has always been my least favorite chore because of cumbersome cords and heavy machines....but the Bissell Jet Scrub has neither! And at the cost of a one time carpet cleaning session for our mostly hardwood floor house it pays for itself quickly without worrying about where to keep a large machine. Using it on our old basement carpet was a no brainer, but the less than 6 month old West Elm living room rug I was a bit less sure about - until I saw the results of the first test patch and then I forged ahead with confidence. Who knew our rug was that dirty?! Ok, so I did know because well kids and dogs do their magic dirty work but how fantastic it was to see the 6 month old rug look new again! The one thing I struggled with and wish there had been more instruction about was the speed to move at, ultimately it took a bit of trial and error along with an old towel to soak up some excess at the edges of the rug where it meets hardwood flooring to figure out the speed to push and pull back with. I would also love a cleaning solution with a few less chemicals as an alternative for more regular routine cleaning. I received this Carpet Deep Cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Though I received it at no cost to try I do recommend this product to anyone looking for a great carpet and/or rug cleaner for small but high traffic areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a parent of 2 young messy toddlers and a cat who pees and throws up on our carpet, we were super excited to test out this product. The machine was super easy to put together and the markings on the tank made it simple to fill. There are markings for carpet and hard floors. The machine comes with a little station and is synch to store and pull out. I used it on many of my area carpets. Our cat keeps peeing on the same spot on our carpet. That was the first place I worked on. The cleaner did a great job at eliminating the odor and I'm happy to say he hasn't peed there since. The scrubbing roller is effective at getting out dirt and stains on the carpet. There's a tank where all the dirty water is stored. I was shocked and appalled to see how dirty my carpets have become. It made me shutter to think that my kids were rolling around in it. It does help to prep by vacuuming the area first. It helps remove all the debris that gets stuck inside the cleaner. We even tried using it on our basement tiles. I felt that it left it cleaner than our regular mop and bucket. We tried to use it on our stairs, but it wasn't wide enough and awkward to handle. Overall, I am happy about how this product cleans. Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cleaner is amazing! Pros- lightweight, portable, quickly removed stains, easy to use and just overall easier to use than a bigger machine. The only con is that I could see if trying to clean a large room this would just take too long due to sometimes having to go over the stain 3 or 4xs. I use it on smaller rooms and seeing the difference is amazing!
