[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have small children and a dog that constantly leave a mess around the house and after this using this vacuum, I don't have to worry anymore. It has a powerful sanction and deep cleaned my stains out! I also love that it's semi lightweight and I can carry it without struggling.

Horrible cleaner. Leaves carpet soaked and I can use a gallon of cleaner on one bedroom. Can't return because I'm 2 days out of the 30 day return policy. Will go with another brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pet shampooer is the best carpet cleaning machine I've ever used. The carpet is completely dry within 1 hr. I would definitely recommend to friends and family with children and pets. It is light weight and easy to use and clean. I didnt know Bissell made carpet machines fro pet messes until trying this.

Used to clean up after my 4 kids plus 2 dogs, and I haven't seen my carpets this clean in years. I deep clean my carpets once a month, so I didn't expect to see much more than normal come up from them, but man was I surprised!!

The waste water was black and, even though I had vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning, it still removed quite a bit of dog hair. The carpet looked great and felt very plush. Some of the odor returned after a short time so I went over it again a week later. The water was less black but quite a bit of dirt and dog hair was removed on the second cleaning.

I sent my cross wave in for repair 7 weeks ago. Covid 19 has interrupted my floor cleaning. Hoping soon for the return of my cross wave is shipped back to me. I'm making payments and no cross wave I try calling with no success.
