[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this in a room that I had professionally steam-cleaned less than a year ago. The waste water was black and, even though I had vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning, it still removed quite a bit of dog hair. The carpet looked great and felt very plush. Some of the odor returned after a short time so I went over it again a week later. The water was less black but quite a bit of dirt and dog hair was removed on the second cleaning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I sent my cross wave in for repair 7 weeks ago. Covid 19 has interrupted my floor cleaning. Hoping soon for the return of my cross wave is shipped back to me. I'm making payments and no cross wave I try calling with no success.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Bissell JetScrub Pet! It may be small in size with its cute, compact design, but it's cleaning power packs a big punch. I've owned bigger, heavy-duty, shampooers before but the cleaning ability with this one is superior. It was easy to assemble and very lightweight, coming in at just under 13 pounds. The water tank was a breeze to fill. There are pre-marked lines to show where to fill the water up to and another line to show where to fill the solution. The fingertip controls make it effortless to choose between Express Clean, Deep Clean, or Clean Shot pre-treat. As you can imagine, Express Clean is for light stains or recent spills. Big and deep stains are what the Deep Clean does best. The Clean Shot will pretreat those really big stains. It sprays directly over the stain and not everywhere else you don't want it. This shampooer is a good height which allows for good control and maneuvering. It features lights at floor level to better illuminate the floor, especially corners. This machine has powerful suction which allows for short drying times. The dirty water tank is a snap to remove, rinse and replace. Cleaning the brush roll and chamber when you're done is so easy with the EZ clean up design. Just pop off the cover, remove the brush and rinse it off in the sink. It comes with a handy storage tray to store your recently rinsed items and the shampooer to catch any water drips while they dry. Overall, this machine is quieter, easier to handle, and a better cleaner than other shampooers I have used in the past. I definitely recommend the Bissell JetScrub Pet!

I honestly wasn't expecting too much out of it as I have t had good luck with home rug scrubbers in the past but holy cow! This one took all the stains out of my carpets on the very first try! It is powerful and also lightweight so it makes cleaning so much easier. I've been recommending this to all of my friends and family
