With two older dogs accidents will happen I love how easy the Jetscrub Pet Carpet Cleaner is to get out. Its not a hassle at all, and more compact so its easy to store and keep nearby. I can't imagine not having one now that I have used it. Its cleans it up so fast and no residue or smells behind! When I dump the water you can really see it picks up the dirt very well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so for some time now I've been wanting to find a Deep Cleaner that works and I am so happy with our BISSELL JetScrub! It's so light in weight that I have no trouble moving it from room to room. I can see a drastic difference on our carpet after the first use. It's super easy to use! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel but 100% my own opinion.

Great at removing pee/poo stains in area rugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this pet stain deep cleaner just in time for our 2 year old to start potty training. He had a few accidents during the weekend we potty trained him, and we would use the cleaner immediately if he peed/pooped on the carpet or laminate floors. The cleaner was great at removing pee/poop stains immediately -- there were no stains after, and the cleaner left the carpet smelling great. Same with laminate floors, and it didn't damage the floors either. Our cat also vomits on the rug frequently and it was great at cleaning that too. I like that it leaves a fresh scent but leaves the carpet feeling light (once it dries) so I feel comfortable with my kids playing on the carpet. The downsides are that the cleaner is super loud, and it doesn't fold down so it can be hard to store if you're tight on closet space. Also, we noticed it didn't remove deep set stains -- our area rug has a few areas that have turned gray due to dirt/grime and it wasn't a miracle worker at turning those parts back to white. Overall, I think it's a great cleaner for gross pet stains, pee, poop, and vomit. I was grateful to be given this product to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel as it saved our rug from further staining during our stressful time potty training!

I certainly didn't expect it to work so well. I love that it was easy to clean after each use...everything came apart and went back together so easily. I hope don't have to purchase a new one anytime soon but I would definitely be looking at this one.

Great for antique rugs! Done paying professionals!

I usually take my rugs to be cleaned professionally, which can add up. Now I can deep clean at home as a part of my regular cleaning routine. This product worked great on high-pile rugs that shed a lot of fibers, as well as my low-pile antique rugs. The amount of dirt and cloudy water removed from each rug is astounding, so you know its working! For best results, I like to vacuum crumb debris up first (toddlers can be messy). I also tried this product on hardwood floors. The cleaning solution it comes with left streaks on my hardwoods- not ideal for cleaning hard surfaces. I would try using this product with water only, sans cleaning solution, if you are trying to clean hardwood flooring or tile. I also own the Bissell CrossWave Pet Pro Multi-Surface - this product works wonderfully on hardwoods, without leaving any residue. I like cleaning with both. I recommend having a specialized product like the JetScrub for cleaning rugs, especially if you have antique, hand-woven rugs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy with how easy this machine was to use- it was so simple to fill up AND clean out. When working with water and pet waste, sometimes you get a lingering, residual funk on a carpet machine- but this one was so simple to clean out that I had no issues with that! I really like that this is a serious cleaner, but lightweight and so simple to maneuver- much nicer than big bulky contraptions I've had in the past- so it makes me actually USE this machine often!! We have an older cat with some food sensitivity issues, and her favorite place to empty her stomach is on the light colored carpet in the nursery, of all places! It was looking pretty rough in there, so I took this carpet cleaner up and went to town on all the little spots- there were one or two that are still slightly there, but overall, this machine did and EXCELLENT job at cleaning that carpeting-I feel much better about letting the baby play in there now! I feel so much better about cleaning with this machine than continuously spraying with chemical-smelling carpet sprays, so I'll be keeping this one handy for the next time the cat thanks us for dinner by leaving it in the floor. I'm so glad to have this machine in my cleaning Arsenal!
