[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my dogs got sick with diarrhea I used this everyday for weeks. This machine stood up the challenge in a surprising way. I certainly didn't expect it to work so well. I love that it was easy to clean after each use...everything came apart and went back together so easily. I hope don't have to purchase a new one anytime soon but I would definitely be looking at this one.

I usually take my rugs to be cleaned professionally, which can add up. Now I can deep clean at home as a part of my regular cleaning routine. This product worked great on high-pile rugs that shed a lot of fibers, as well as my low-pile antique rugs. The amount of dirt and cloudy water removed from each rug is astounding, so you know its working! For best results, I like to vacuum crumb debris up first (toddlers can be messy). I also tried this product on hardwood floors. The cleaning solution it comes with left streaks on my hardwoods- not ideal for cleaning hard surfaces. I would try using this product with water only, sans cleaning solution, if you are trying to clean hardwood flooring or tile. I also own the Bissell CrossWave Pet Pro Multi-Surface - this product works wonderfully on hardwoods, without leaving any residue. I like cleaning with both. I recommend having a specialized product like the JetScrub for cleaning rugs, especially if you have antique, hand-woven rugs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy with how easy this machine was to use- it was so simple to fill up AND clean out. When working with water and pet waste, sometimes you get a lingering, residual funk on a carpet machine- but this one was so simple to clean out that I had no issues with that! I really like that this is a serious cleaner, but lightweight and so simple to maneuver- much nicer than big bulky contraptions I've had in the past- so it makes me actually USE this machine often!! We have an older cat with some food sensitivity issues, and her favorite place to empty her stomach is on the light colored carpet in the nursery, of all places! It was looking pretty rough in there, so I took this carpet cleaner up and went to town on all the little spots- there were one or two that are still slightly there, but overall, this machine did and EXCELLENT job at cleaning that carpeting-I feel much better about letting the baby play in there now! I feel so much better about cleaning with this machine than continuously spraying with chemical-smelling carpet sprays, so I'll be keeping this one handy for the next time the cat thanks us for dinner by leaving it in the floor. I'm so glad to have this machine in my cleaning Arsenal!

I have a carpet in my bedroom that has been thier forever, and this made it look so good. It's easy to use and clean. I love how it comes with a little tray to let everything dry on so u dont lose pieces. I would totally recommend this if u have pets and even kids.

It was super easy to maneuver around tight corners and legs of items without being overly bulky. The machine itself is only 13 lbs which makes it great to clean on multiple levels of the house without breaking a sweat. The markings on the tank make it easy to fill and start without much thought. It cleaned up everything I threw at it, literally, and I was SUPER glad because my cat threw up on light tan carpet and you couldn't tell where it was now even if you tried! It has two settings, express mode and deep clean that each served a great purpose and I was glad for the option of having two. Cleaning the machine itself was also intuitive and user-friendly and made me feel like the machine was fully clean and ready for the next time I wanted to use it. One of my favorite features of this carpet cleaner was the width was perfect for the stairs that I could actually clean them! I loved so much about this carpet cleaner, the only thing that would have made me love it more was if it had a detachable hose to clean couches/chairs/curtains. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned many carpet cleaners, mostly because I have 6 dogs & not only are they stinky and messy, but sometimes they have accidents. This cleaner was easy to assemble, comes with a convenient tray to store both the unit & extra parts on. It is lightweight & compact which is great for me. It has both a "light" and "heavy" function so you can choose which each time you clean. It is different from most cleaners in that you first "spray" the solution and then go back over and clean the spot. I found this hard to train myself as I'm used to it all being simultaneously. However, it does work well but it takes longer and I feel like I have to empty the dirty solution out more often. Overall - a great unit.
