Easy to use and it brought so much dirt out of my carpet that I had no clue was there. And no more slight puppy pee smells! I would recommend this product to anyone! Great for area rugs also!

I love how lightweight and portable it is, unlike those heavy bulky carpet cleaners. This has the feel of an average upright vacuum, plus it's easier to store. It's also a breeze to clean up, which is definitely another point in its favor. I especially love being able to remove the roller brush for cleaning. It's great for quick clean-ups or more frequent cleaning of high traffic areas without the hassle of the bulky machine and in my opinion works just as well. I used the Express Clean and was amazed at how quickly the carpet dried. With a busy household of children, pets, and a handy DIY husband, that's a huge plus!

With two older dogs accidents will happen I love how easy the Jetscrub Pet Carpet Cleaner is to get out. Its not a hassle at all, and more compact so its easy to store and keep nearby. I can't imagine not having one now that I have used it. Its cleans it up so fast and no residue or smells behind! When I dump the water you can really see it picks up the dirt very well!

It's so light in weight that I have no trouble moving it from room to room. I can see a drastic difference on our carpet after the first use. It's super easy to use! Great at removing pee/poo stains in area rugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this pet stain deep cleaner just in time for our 2 year old to start potty training. He had a few accidents during the weekend we potty trained him, and we would use the cleaner immediately if he peed/pooped on the carpet or laminate floors. The cleaner was great at removing pee/poop stains immediately -- there were no stains after, and the cleaner left the carpet smelling great. Same with laminate floors, and it didn't damage the floors either. Our cat also vomits on the rug frequently and it was great at cleaning that too. I like that it leaves a fresh scent but leaves the carpet feeling light (once it dries) so I feel comfortable with my kids playing on the carpet. The downsides are that the cleaner is super loud, and it doesn't fold down so it can be hard to store if you're tight on closet space. Also, we noticed it didn't remove deep set stains -- our area rug has a few areas that have turned gray due to dirt/grime and it wasn't a miracle worker at turning those parts back to white. Overall, I think it's a great cleaner for gross pet stains, pee, poop, and vomit. I was grateful to be given this product to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel as it saved our rug from further staining during our stressful time potty training!
