[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to review and give my honest opinion. I am a mother of 3 sons and an active labradoodle. Needless to say, my floors get their fair share of messy traction on a daily basis! I have been using this the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner for over one month now. It has been my go-to household appliance since I received it! I didn't know how much my household needed this product until I used it! Setting up the vacuum was easy to follow using the included instructions. Set up was done in less than 10 minutes and was ready to go! I liked that it included two sample bottles of the cleaning solution. All I needed to do was fill the tank with warm water and the cleaning solution and it was ready to tackle the large area rug that gets the most traffic in my home. There is a trigger to spray extra cleaning solution on heavily soiled areas on the carpet. As you pull the vacuum back, it suctions up the soiled cleaning solution and you can see the dirty water getting pulled up. It's quite satisfying to be able to see the process. The cleaned area was immediately apparent compared to the areas of the carpet that I had not yet passed over. There was an area or the rug that had a stain from my dog and it was able to be pulled up and looked much cleaner. I didn't realize how dirty my rug really was until I was able to deep clean it with the BISSELL. I should add that the smell of the cleaning solution is a little strong as I am sensitive to chemical odors. I would suggest to dilute it a little more if you are sensitive. It works just as well with a little more added water and the odor is not as strong. As far as ease in mobility around the house, it was comparable to my regular vacuum. It was not as compact as I would like, it would be a little more difficult to do stairs and hard-to-maneuver areas. But I think maybe making it smaller would compromise it's power. So I am happy to compromise it's size

Simple, Compact and Versatile Carpet Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner is my first experience with a carpet cleaner. Although I can certainly get great use out of one with two young children and a lab, I have always been intimidated by all the parts and compartments, as well the sheer size of most carpet cleaners. The JetScrub Pet is reasonably sized and portable. It is easy to maneuver around our home. After a quick read through the manual, I was able to fill the compartment quickly and easily with warm tap water and the included cleaning solution, which left a light and pleasant scent. Dispensing the solution requires a simple press of the trigger and is not cumbersome at all. The manual includes different stroke patterns depending upon the type of cleaning you are doing, which is very helpful for a first time user. The best part of this machine is how easy it is to push. I was able to complete several passes over each area of a large rug without fatigue. I am able to clean an area rug or set of 7 stairs on a single tank, in less than ten minutes. I am shocked at how fresh and clean my stairs looked after the first use, as they get the most wear in my home. I am also impressed with the amount of dirt that was removed from our relatively new area rug. Dealing with cleanup was one of my biggest reservations, but dumping the dirty water and rinsing the reservoir and brush is simple. I let the parts air dry and the machine can be reassembled quickly. The JetScrub stores without taking up a lot of space, even with the included docking stand. I'd like to investigate whether other cleaning solutions can be safely used in this product, particularly those that are more natural/eco friendly. While the included solution smells great, I am concerned about the chemicals it contains. With young children and pets that spend a lot of time on the carpeted areas of my home, I want to be certain that the products I use are as safe as possible. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I LOVE the Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner I received from Stellar Product Testing Panel! My stairs and kids room carpeting was horrible but after one session they looked almost brand new again! I did a second session a week later and WOW!! It removed everything that was left. I fell in love with my carpet for the first time!. It is so easy to use and my favorite part is that it is beyond easy to clean and put away! Very user friendly for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved the Bissell Jet Scrub Pet Carpet Cleaner for free from WeeSpring through the Stellar Product Testing Program and let me tell you all something, this cleaner works wonders! When I first got the Bissell Jet Scrub Pet Cleaner I was excitied because I knew I had a few stains that were hard to get out of the carpet and was looking to see how well the cleaner would work. Well, my plans changed when I saw the cleaner in action. I ended up doing the whole floor. It works that good. I didn't realize my carpet was that dirty! It is great for those stains that want to stick around. The best part about it, it is so lightweight! It isnt hard to pack between rooms and it's easy to use. I would recommend the Bissell Jet Scrub Carpet Cleaner to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone knows pets, kids and carpet are not an ideal combination because there will always be a mess somewhere on the floor. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner. It was always a dreading task to clean the carpet whether I clean it on my own (because the carpet cleaner is always heavy and bulky) or hire a professional (who has the time to coordinate when you have kid A doing this activity, kid B doing another plus work!). The Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner is a live safer. Because it is so light and portable, it is easy to carry from downstairs to upstairs and clean the stairs. I was skeptical in the beginning because usually the bigger/heavier machine will do the job. Well, I was wrong. Not only it got the fresh messes/stains out of carpet, it got the old ones out too! Your back will thank you too after a stair cleaning session. I am def thankful that I got to test this deep cleaner--easy to install and use, light and portable and gets the job done. My fav. feature of th is deep cleaner is probably that I can wash out the machine easily in less than a few minutes and ready to use it again....because you know, with pets and kids....accident happens alllllll the time!

Great lightweight carpet cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissel JetScrub Pet Deep cleaner has left my carpet with a wonderful smell. We have a very active kitten that leaves behind smelly odor and litter after his bathroom breaks and the jet scrub has eliminated the odor. I had a couple of light stains that were completely removed using the deep clean feature but heavier stains remained. The deep clean mode did take a little longer than I expected to dry, especially on the area rug. The water compartment was very easy to fill with the solution mark built in. I really wish the water reservoir could hold more water. It took almost four refills to complete one room. On the bright side, it was very easy to clean with the dirty water reservoir and pet hair removal cleaning tool. Once your finished, the handle retracts making it great to store away. I received this product in exchange for my honest feedback from Stellar Product Testing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this Carpet Deep Cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I used this deep cleaner first in my living room to spot clean a few small areas that needed attention. The carpet cleaner was nice and lightweight and easy to maneuver around. It packs quite a punch for a small machine and worked so well at deep cleaning some spots I was having problems getting clean! I then used it on the area rugs in my sons play rooom and it cleaned these rugs so easily and thoroughly I was so impressed! I feel like the handle would be a little short for a taller person, but I'm 5'2" and it was a good height for me but any shorter and I'd have to hunch over while pushing, so maybe this would be an issue for tall people! Overall it is a lightweight cleaner that is packed with cleaning power, it got the job done and my rugs look fantastic!

Jetscrub cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you WeeSpring for sending me this jetscrub vacuum to try out. In my house, we must clean our carpets several times a week. Overall, this bissell jetscrub would benefit anyone's household! It's the perfect size, lightweight, and easy to move. A thing I didn't like was that I felt that, soap still came out of the vacuum, even when I wasn't using it, leaving behind a soap residue. Other than that, this lightweight bissell was awesome to clean our carpets. It had a big job last week as our dog had an accident in the house, and I'm sure you have seen the stories of dog accidents and roombas! Yes, that totally happened. Dog poop all over my carpets. An awful mess! But the bissell cleaned it up with no issue whatsoever! Besides cleaning up terrible messes, it moves with ease. Being lightweight, I loved how I could easily take it room to room. Honestly, it's a great deep cleaner! I was so happy I was able to try this deep cleaner as part of the weespring panel.
