[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with using this JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner. Not only is it super lightweight, it actually performs. This was the perfect cleaner for my runs and carpeted rooms. Easy to stow away and bring out when needed. Powerful enough to get out those muddy messes when my husband comes home from work or when my little one decides to bring outside play inside. I wouldn't most definitely recommend.

Cleans puppy stains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Jetscrub easier to use than many other carpet cleaners. It is also a fraction of the size and weight of other carpet cleaners. The entire process of filling, cleaning, and emptying saved me so much time than what I had dealt with in the past. It has a great suction to clean up pet soil. It comes apart easier than other devices for after use clean up, also. We have to dogs and one is a puppy that is still being housebroken. This cleaning device has made my life so much easier because of its efficiency and effectiveness. I love this device and am so glad that it makes puppy cleanup that much easier. The set up was very simple. The ease of use was optimal.

Compact but mighty vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got to try the Bissell Jet Scrub vacuum out on my carpet. I have a cat and sometimes I wish that I could get a deeper clean. I finally got my wish. The vacuum was easy for my husband to assemble - it took maybe 10 minutes. The vacuum comes with great instructions on how to fill up the little compartment with water and solution (that also came with the vacuum). Then I was off and running. This Bissell was smaller than I thought it would be, but was surprisingly ergonomic. I thought I was going to have to bend over to use it, but that wasn't the case. It was easy to use, and it felt good to finally feel my carpet that clean. It hadn't felt that way since I moved into my house almost 4 years ago. I trust that this handy little vacuum will help keep my carpets cleaner than ever. Totally recommend and would buy!

Fantastic carpet cleaning

We had a Hoover carpet cleaner that didn't work well and didn't remove most of the water from the carpet. It removed all the stains from the dog carrying her food bowl and spilling it. I'm very impressed with the ease of use and efficiency of this carpet cleaner. It's easy to fill and empty dirty water. The light makes it easy to spray and pretreat stains.

Works beyond expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying other home carpet cleaners , I didn't have high hopes for the bissell jet scrub pet carpet cleaner. Boy did it exceed my expectations! I have two shorter haired dogs - a Cane Corso and an Olde English Bulldogge and vacuum with a Dyson twice daily. I didn't think the jet scrub would have much work to do. After 4 passes on my 10x15 rug the water was black in the dirty water tank. It also was pulling up so much dog hair that it was spitting them back out in clumps. I took a before picture and one after and the difference is clear. The rug , which has some white in the designs , looked new again. When I cleaned the nozzle and brush ( which were easy to clean) I couldn't believe the amount of dog hair it had cleaned up. Another pro is that you only need a very small amount of cleaner added to the water. I've only used it once so I will update after a few uses to see if it loses suction at all - though with as easy as it is to clean I don't think it will. My only slight cons would be that I had to empty the dirty water tank 8 times ( 2 times to every one had to refill the clean water reservoir {4 times}) but I guess that's the price you pay to have a small easy to handle at home machine so I'm fine with that.

Convenient for area rugs and small messes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The nice thing about this shampooer is the ease of use and compact size when compared to other shampooers. This isnt one that you'll want to use for wall to wall carpeting and entire rooms. It's more for area rugs and spot cleaning fresh messes etc. Its much more compact than other shampooers and also has a small cleaning path. It is easy to use and easy to maneuver around furniture. So much nicer to grab this one out for the area rug such as the 5x7 rug in the kitchen, than to get my other shampooer out. I have had many over the years and I do clean my carpets regularly. I like having this one to grab for smaller jobs, even though it means having an extra machine. It's worth it because it's much more convenient and less of a chore to use. It does do a good job and has decent power despite the smaller size.

With three small kids and a yellow lab, the dirt, dust and- well- other "yuck" is intense on our carpets. The Jet Scrub is super easy to use, fast and works! I was surprised by how easy and quick it is to clean entire rugs. The results are impressive.

Right out of the box, the JetScrub was easy to assemble, register and then use. My only issue during set up was determining if my bottle of cleaning solution was an "Easy Fill" bottle; it was not, but I learned quickly that the solution smells great and wipes easily off hard surfaces. The first thing I noticed was the low profile when the telescoping handle is in the down position. It's low enough that it would easily fit under a standard height cabinet. Then, I attempted to carry it upstairs to my carpeted floors, this is where it got a little tricky; that telescoping handle is the ONLY handle and it makes for a very awkward carry upstairs, regardless of what position the handle is in. I would love to see the addition of another handle above the tank, similar to the handle on the CrossWave. The JetScrub is noticeably quieter than other carpet cleaners I've used, it is lightweight and it's narrow head made it easy to clean underneath and next to heavy pieces of furniture. I first cleaned my family room, the cleaning tank was empty before I got halfway through the room, whereas it held the perfect amount for cleaning our smallest bedroom. This machine would be perfect for smaller homes (ours is 4000sqft) or for spot cleaning. In my home, it will not take the place of the big heavy duty cleaner. After cleaning the carpets, "clean up" was easy. The brush roll comes out to be cleaned and the storage tray has a dedicated space for drying the brush roll. I wish the storage tray also had a dedicated space for drying the dirty water tank, as it has to be fully dried before reassembling. I had to leave the dirty tank to dry in my utility sink with strict instructions not to use it. I was given the opportunity to test this product for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
