Amazing Carpet Cleaner! We are constantly using!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this Carpet Deep Cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel in return for my honest opinion. I immediately opened and assembled my Bissell JetScrub Pet Cleaner after receiving it. It was surprisingly very simple to assemble and was able to assemble it and begin using it within just a few minutes. Having used a few other carpet cleaners before I was glad to see just how lightweight and compact this cleaner actually is! I was concerned that the water tank was not going to last me long, especially on deep cleaning mode, but was pleasantly surprised just how long it actually will last me! I am able to clean my entire dining room which is an 11x13 room using one tank of water without having to refill or empty the dirty water tank. I rarely use the express mode, mostly because when my kids or pets make messes they are quite large ones, but even using the deep clean mode I am able to turn on a box fan in the room and the room will be completely dry within an hour to an hour and a half, which is AMAZING! It not only works great cleaning up pet messes and urine stains as well as removing the pet odors, but also works wonderfully cleaning up other daily messes. My three year old loves playing with Play Doh and eating red jello. Most of it usually ends up on the carpet! I have never pre-treated any of the spots/stains on my carpets and the stains have always come up! Aside from my kitchen and bathrooms my house is entirely carpeted with a few large area rugs so we are constantly having to clean the carpet and this machine makes it very easy to clean the carpets, rinse and clean out the parts, and put away in no time at all. The collapsible handle is also a nice added bonus! It makes it much easier to store in small closets and spaces. I would have to say though that my absolute favorite part is just how easy it is to clean and put away! The two piece dirty water tank and the removable brush roll/nozzle make it so very easy to remove and rin

A Great "Lightweight" Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner. This product stands out in a few ways. It's easy to assemble right out of the box, with only a couple parts to attach. The unit itself is fairly lightweight and I appreciate the foresight of including a plastic tray for the cleaner to sit on when not in use. The targeted spray nozzle is a nice touch, and I liked having two complementary bottles of solution. Since this unit is not professional grade, I tried to temper my expectations accordingly. I wasn't expecting a deep, thorough or hard core cleaning on all portions of my carpet - just something "good enough." The cleaner did not get out a very stubborn spot on the main thoroughfare near our front door, but I sort of expected that. I did have to refill the tank more often than I wanted, which is sort of a hassle. A retractable hose option would be nice.

Best Carpet Cleaner for Household Use!

I used the Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner to clean dog pee out of new carpet and to clean a stain of unknown origin that had been in my carpet for over a year. The Bissell cleaned both stains and made my carpet look new. I actually enjoy using this product. The fresh clean lines in my carpet give me joy. The JetScrub comes with removable brushes and dirty water containers that make cleaning the deep cleaner super easy. This is just as powerful as the huge deep cleaners you can rent but takes up 1/4 of the size in our cleaning closet. The cord is long enough to reach across my living room and isn't so heavy I can't clean the steps by myself. My favorite feature is seeing all the dirty water and knowing how clean my carpet is. I LOVE this Deep Cleaner and would highly recommend it. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel but I would have happily purchased it outright if I had known how amazing it cleans carpet.

Light weight, easy to use and clean, great cleaning power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With three kids, three dogs, and a cat in our house messes happen daily. It never fails, the messes are always the worst on the carpeted areas. I am so thankful to have received the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. When first seeing the product I loved the size and style of the deep cleaner, which is similar to the size of an upright vacuum cleaner. After opening the box, the deep cleaner was very easy to assemble and fill. The directions were easy to understand. After the first use I was very surprised at the cleaning power. The deep cleaner quickly and easily cleaned carpet stains when following the directions. Some of the set in stains (ones that had been there for a year or more) didn't seem to come clean. Obviously the quicker you get to the stain the more complete it will clean up. The JetScrub was able to completely clean a few of our set in stains. The weight of the deep cleaner made moving it around very easy, much easier than larger, bulkier machines. The lighter weight made cleaning the carpet not as much of a chore. With the width of the carpet cleaner and reservoir size being smaller than larger machines I wouldn't recommend cleaning an entire large room with it, however I still prefer the lighter, easier to maneuver machine for frequent use. Two of my favorite features of the JetScrub are the telescoping handle (which makes it more compact for storage) and the storage tray (which allows the parts to have a place to dry thoroughly before reassembling). The telescoping handle goes up or down easily with the push of a button and is very sturdy feeling. I also love how easy it is to disassemble the cleaning head and clean it out. The two parts snap out and snap back in quickly and easily. I would highly recommend the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner as a deep cleaner for frequent use. It is light weight, easy to use, easy to clean out, and does a great job cleaning the carpet.

I've used the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner numerous times for spot cleaning and deep cleaning! The "express clean" option is wonderful for the in-between cleans, and it only takes about an hour to dry! I love this option because I don't have to use it first thing and wait hours for the carpet to dry! The BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner, is much smaller than most carpet cleaner that I have used. It is even smaller then my normal vacuum cleaner and moves just as easily, if not easier! It is super light weight and compact! I love how it stores, and takes up little room in my pantry. I love how easy it is to use and to put away. It takes little effort in setting up and to clean. I vacuumed before using and it still picked up SO MUCH dog hair! I also used it on my thinner foyer runner, and it deep cleaned without getting the my wood floors wet! I highly recommend this cleaner to anyone! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to get a big coffee stain out of my white rug for weeks. Spray. Scrub. Repeat. I planned to rent a commercial machine for the job (even though they gross me out because I'm not sure where else they've been used, and because they are SO heavy and awkward to wheel around), but then was lucky enough to receive this carpet cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It took one cleaning to completely erase the coffee stain. Amazing! Did I mention it was lightweight and easy to maneuver?! I then used it to clean all my area rugs and the stairs and it performed beautifully. I'm obsessed!

I LOVED the ease of use and portability of this Bissell carpet cleaner! We have pets AND kids, so messes happen EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. in this house! I received this cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, for review, and boy am I glad I did- it had been a huge help around here! I got it or if the package and set it up right away- you barely even need instructions to do it! I set to work right away cleaning a big part of carpet that gets walked on, spilled on, and ground up daily! It's quite a mess in that spot, so I wanted to really test this carpet cleaner out! I was really impressed by both how simple it was to fill and prep, AND clean out when you're finished! It took me no time to get it all finished, and let it air dry. Thankfully- that didn't take long either because the auction pulled out plenty of water, so it wasn't a soaked mess when I was done, either! I think one of the real benefits to this carpet cleaner was the actual brush that it has- it has tons of very coarse bristles so it truly did scrub the carpet- it took up tons of pet hair and gunk, and then somehow cleaned right out of the brush because it's designed so that you can pop it right out to clean. it's an excellent feature, and probably the most effective part of this carpet cleaner! This machine is lightweight, easy to use, and really effective for messes big and small- even old messes that you think may never be clean again! I'm so thankful for this chance to try it out, it's now a staple machine in this house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Bissell Spotclean that we've been using for most messes, but this is a game changer in being able to clean larger surface areas. We have a 2yo, one on the way, and a dog - so our home gets dirty easily, but it's more important to us to keep floors in particular clean. This was a godsend for our area rugs! Big thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for letting us try it out!
