[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very impressed with this machine. It provides a deep clean, and is easy to use on a variety of surfaces. It is super easy to set up and operate. Filling the tank is easy, and cleaning the machine after use is also easy. This is probably the easiest carpet shampooer to use that I've ever used. My carpets and rugs look so much better after using this, and they smell fresh and clean. Also because of it's compact size, this machine works great for shampooing carpets on stairs. The only issue I had using this is that the power cord is too short. I had to unplug it many times and move it to a different outlet while cleaning. It will not reach across a regular sized room. Other than that, I am very impressed with the cleaning ability of this machine and I will definitely continue to use it in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this Carpet Deep Cleaner to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel in return for my honest opinion. I immediately opened and assembled my Bissell JetScrub Pet Cleaner after receiving it. It was surprisingly very simple to assemble and was able to assemble it and begin using it within just a few minutes. Having used a few other carpet cleaners before I was glad to see just how lightweight and compact this cleaner actually is! I was concerned that the water tank was not going to last me long, especially on deep cleaning mode, but was pleasantly surprised just how long it actually will last me! I am able to clean my entire dining room which is an 11x13 room using one tank of water without having to refill or empty the dirty water tank. I rarely use the express mode, mostly because when my kids or pets make messes they are quite large ones, but even using the deep clean mode I am able to turn on a box fan in the room and the room will be completely dry within an hour to an hour and a half, which is AMAZING! It not only works great cleaning up pet messes and urine stains as well as removing the pet odors, but also works wonderfully cleaning up other daily messes. My three year old loves playing with Play Doh and eating red jello. Most of it usually ends up on the carpet! I have never pre-treated any of the spots/stains on my carpets and the stains have always come up! Aside from my kitchen and bathrooms my house is entirely carpeted with a few large area rugs so we are constantly having to clean the carpet and this machine makes it very easy to clean the carpets, rinse and clean out the parts, and put away in no time at all. The collapsible handle is also a nice added bonus! It makes it much easier to store in small closets and spaces. I would have to say though that my absolute favorite part is just how easy it is to clean and put away! This was the perfect cleaner for my runs and carpeted rooms. Easy to stow away and bring out when needed. Powerful enough to get out those muddy messes when my husband comes home from work or when my little one decides to bring outside play inside. I wouldn't most definitely recommend.

Compact but mighty vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got to try the Bissell Jet Scrub vacuum out on my carpet. I have a cat and sometimes I wish that I could get a deeper clean. I finally got my wish. The vacuum was easy for my husband to assemble - it took maybe 10 minutes. The vacuum comes with great instructions on how to fill up the little compartment with water and solution (that also came with the vacuum). Then I was off and running. This Bissell was smaller than I thought it would be, but was surprisingly ergonomic. I thought I was going to have to bend over to use it, but that wasn't the case. It was easy to use, and it felt good to finally feel my carpet that clean. It hadn't felt that way since I moved into my house almost 4 years ago. I trust that this handy little vacuum will help keep my carpets cleaner than ever. Totally recommend and would buy!

We had a Hoover carpet cleaner that didn't work well and didn't remove most of the water from the carpet. It removed all the stains from the dog carrying her food bowl and spilling it. I'm very impressed with the ease of use and efficiency of this carpet cleaner. It's easy to fill and empty dirty water. The light makes it easy to spray and pretreat stains.

Works beyond expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying other home carpet cleaners , I didn't have high hopes for the bissell jet scrub pet carpet cleaner. Boy did it exceed my expectations! I have two shorter haired dogs - a Cane Corso and an Olde English Bulldogge and vacuum with a Dyson twice daily. I didn't think the jet scrub would have much work to do. After 4 passes on my 10x15 rug the water was black in the dirty water tank. It also was pulling up so much dog hair that it was spitting them back out in clumps. I took a before picture and one after and the difference is clear. The rug , which has some white in the designs , looked new again. When I cleaned the nozzle and brush ( which were easy to clean) I couldn't believe the amount of dog hair it had cleaned up. Another pro is that you only need a very small amount of cleaner added to the water. I've only used it once so I will update after a few uses to see if it loses suction at all - though with as easy as it is to clean I don't think it will. My only slight cons would be that I had to empty the dirty water tank 8 times ( 2 times to every one had to refill the clean water reservoir {4 times}) but I guess that's the price you pay to have a small easy to handle at home machine so I'm fine with that.
