[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I was able to test this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel through weeSpring. I'm going to give this product only 3 stars because it fills up with dirty water too fast, and it clogs up too easily with pet hair. The good parts were it was light and easily maneuverable. It was relatively easy to use because the fill up instructions were straightforward, it was similar to the setup of other deep cleaners I've used, so I know how they work. This product could be better designed, especially since it's labeled for pets. The reservoir is way too small, so although it was easy to use, it took many times of refilling because the fill tank was about half the size of the dirty tank. The supply tank should be the same size as the dirty tank for efficiency. It was difficult to actually complete one small room without dedicating hours of time due to the inefficiency of the machine. For the machine to work effectively, it needs to be a bit larger in size to satisfy the various needs of the consumer.
Pros: Easy to clean, Ergonomic, Lightweight
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With two kids and a dog, our house is very familiar with stains. It was easy to put together and light weight! We have area rugs and our upstairs is carpet! This worked wonders for all of it! We love how compact and easy to use it is! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JetScrub Pet Carpet Cleaner is amazing!!! It is by far the best shampooer I have ever used. It's design is sleek and beautiful. It's really light weight so it's easy to keep on hand when you have Pet messes or accidents. I am impressed with the deep clean it gives the carpets. I used it in my bedroom and my office where my pets and kids are quite often. My animals sometimes have accidents and my kids spill things often. With the Bissell JetScrub Pet cleaner it makes cleaning the carpets a total breeze. It's as easy as pulling a vacuum out. I really like how lightweight it was. I wasn't sore or hurting after using it. It left my carpets looking new, feeling soft, and smelling fresh. It is a really nice deep cleaner. I highly recommend the JetScrub Pet carpet cleaner to everyone. It's definitely the new age way of keeping the carpets clean with out the bulky old ways.

Light weight but beyond efficient

I currently have a deep carpet cleaner that's about 10 years old and weighs 20+ lbs, Hard to lug around and hard to fill...the JetScrub is everything that carpet cleaner isn't. I was shocked how light weight it was, and my first thought was "no way this is going to work as expensive as my old deep cleaner". I could not have been more wrong. This suction on this cleaner pulled dirt stains that were over a year old out like they were nothing. About 50-60% of my house is carpeted and this cleaner will be easy to tackle the whole house due to how light weight and portable it is. My carpet goes through it, I have a two year old toddler and a 2 year old 180 lb Great Dane as well as a 100 lb pit mix. Something is always getting tracked through my house, this cleaner made tackling it a breeze. I can't wait to finish my daughters bedroom and our study where the dogs crate it. I used it on normal Berber carpet and 8x10 area rug, and it cleaned both equally well. I would definitely recommend this product. You can't beat it for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using it on our old basement carpet was a no brainer, but the less than 6 month old West Elm living room rug I was a bit less sure about - until I saw the results of the first test patch and then I forged ahead with confidence. Who knew our rug was that dirty?! Ok, so I did know because well kids and dogs do their magic dirty work but how fantastic it was to see the 6 month old rug look new again! The one thing I struggled with and wish there had been more instruction about was the speed to move at, ultimately it took a bit of trial and error along with an old towel to soak up some excess at the edges of the rug where it meets hardwood flooring to figure out the speed to push and pull back with. I would also love a cleaning solution with a few less chemicals as an alternative for more regular routine cleaning. I received this Carpet Deep Cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Though I received it at no cost to try I do recommend this product to anyone looking for a great carpet and/or rug cleaner for small but high traffic areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled when I received my JetScrub pet Cleaner because I have my old bisselle vacuum cleaner for many years already that's why when I got it, I used it right away. I read the instructions and used it right away. I was amazed on how it cleaned our carpet, rags and center mat. The function on easy cleaning that will be dry atleast an hour and the deep cleaning which I like the most is amazing! It really cleans the carpet and I felt that my carpet wasn't cleaned for many years hahaha! Love the look of it.. love how the dirty water has it's on storage and you can sprinkled the solution to your carpet when there's stain.. Recommended!

Awesome for pet and children quick cleanups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this JetScrub pet carpet cleaner its lightweight and the handle collapses to make it compact, a nice feature it has a floor tray to put the scrubber in after using and keeps my closet floor dry. I have an older cat who leaves messes and in a pinch this carpet cleaner comes to the rescue. The receptacle cleans out super easy (unlike many others I've used) and is easy to setup quick. I like that its not as wide as a full size scrubber making it perfect for the tight spots. Overall highly recommend.
