Pets, Kids & Small Spaces = Bissell JetScrub to the Rescue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner was made for homes like mine - animals, kids and not a lot of storage! To be able to clean rugs and spot clean messes quickly is great! (looking at you old dogs with bowel control issues and child that knocks over red wine!) Vacuum cleaning has always been my least favorite chore because of cumbersome cords and heavy machines....but the Bissell Jet Scrub has neither! And at the cost of a one time carpet cleaning session for our mostly hardwood floor house it pays for itself quickly without worrying about where to keep a large machine. Using it on our old basement carpet was a no brainer, but the less than 6 month old West Elm living room rug I was a bit less sure about - until I saw the results of the first test patch and then I forged ahead with confidence. Who knew our rug was that dirty?! Ok, so I did know because well kids and dogs do their magic dirty work but how fantastic it was to see the 6 month old rug look new again! The one thing I struggled with and wish there had been more instruction about was the speed to move at, ultimately it took a bit of trial and error along with an old towel to soak up some excess at the edges of the rug where it meets hardwood flooring to figure out the speed to push and pull back with. I would also love a cleaning solution with a few less chemicals as an alternative for more regular routine cleaning. I received this Carpet Deep Cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Though I received it at no cost to try I do recommend this product to anyone looking for a great carpet and/or rug cleaner for small but high traffic areas.

Easy and powerful carpet cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking for an effective and easy to maneuver carpet cleaner? Look no further than this small, but mighty machine! I am a mother to four beautiful and messy children, all under the age of 7. We need something easy to pull out on a whim! With this machine being less than 13lbs, it is so easy to quickly bring up and down the stairs when needed. The markings on the tank make it so easy to quickly fill, and then you are ready to begin! The scrubbing roller effectively got a lot of dirt out of the carpet on my stairs (pictures included), and I was sold in that moment on this machine! Did I mention how perfect this machine is ON the stairs too? My other carpet cleaner is heavy and difficult to move to each stair. This machine fit so easily on each step, and it was dry within the hour using express mode! That express mode surpassed my expectations too with it's effectiveness. Pet urine did need the deep clean and the Bissell pet odor and stain formula, but it worked at eliminating that odor! Cleaning the machine is easy as well. Just pop off the top piece above the roller, run it under water (or wipe it down), use the handy tool provided to swipe out anything that is stuck, and then it's set! That only took me less than a minute to do! Overall, I am super impressed and very happy with such an easy to use product. We quickly learned with previously having a bigger and heavier machine, that we needed something that could be quickly grabbed, easily stored (the handle can be pushed down to be able to fit in a small space!), and easy to use. Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner!

Lightweight and quick cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pet carpet cleaner is amazing! It is lightweight and easy to operate! It also took no time what-so-ever to piece together. It got dog vomit up and all sorts of other gross things in a few minutes! It also fits on my stairs perfectly which was so refreshing because I am used to bulky carpet cleaners that are so heavy and impossible to move around. The ease of filling up and emptying the containers and how quick it was to move around makes it incredible! I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Compact and maneuverable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received that very lightweight and compact BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Firstly, I was genuinely surprised by how small the box it came in was. Once put together I was even more surprised by how compact the cleaner was. A great product with a small footprint is huge! We used the cleaner to clean both area rugs and car carpets. The cleaner was very easy to maneuver in the car which was a huge thing for our family car. The area rugs dried very quickly even in deep scrub mode. We are very pleased with the BISSELL JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner and would certainly recommend it to anyone in need of a very handy and easy to use cleaner. BONUS- it was super easy to clean when done.

Good, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm glad I was able to test this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel through weeSpring. I'm going to give this product only 3 stars because it fills up with dirty water too fast, and it clogs up too easily with pet hair. The good parts were it was light and easily maneuverable. It was relatively easy to use because the fill up instructions were straightforward, it was similar to the setup of other deep cleaners I've used, so I know how they work. This product could be better designed, especially since it's labeled for pets. The reservoir is way too small, so although it was easy to use, it took many times of refilling because the fill tank was about half the size of the dirty tank. The supply tank should be the same size as the dirty tank for efficiency. It was difficult to actually complete one small room without dedicating hours of time due to the inefficiency of the machine. For the machine to work effectively, it needs to be a bit larger in size to satisfy the various needs of the consumer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great carpet cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you to the Stellar Product testing panel for allowing me to test this product. The BISSEL Jetscrub Pet Derp Cleaner is amazing! Our long haired cat frequently vomits hair balls on the carpet and I was tired of scrubbing them by hand and not getting the stains out! I tried this carpet cleaner on a couple of the spots that had previously not been removed and bam- they were gone! I cleaned an entire room with the carpet cleaner to see if it would make a difference and I couldn't believe how much dirt the vacuum left behind and the BISSEL jetscrub removed! I think my favorite part of this product is that it comes apart easily which makes it a dream to clean! I recommend anyone who has pets, kids, or just carpet buy this product!

Best Cleaner We've Owned
on August 16, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Must have for parents and pet owners. With a toddler, an infant, a dog, and two cats, keeping anything clean is a real struggle, especially the carpets. We have a traditional carpet cleaning machine but the process of lugging is heavy cleaner around, fumbling with filling and emptying it and establishing and enforcing a quarantine zone around the area so it can dry is such a hassle to clean up a few mushed in blueberries or some melted chocolate is not worth it. So I was one my hands and knees scrubbing carpet stains by hand a lot When we received the Bissell JetScrub Deep Cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I was excited, but maintained a healthy skepticism and expected to use it a few times, realize it was a hassle and default back to hand scrubbing. I was wrong. This thing ticks all the boxes that make traditional heavy machines a chore and cleaning the carpets has changed from something I would do every six months, to something I find my self doing every couple of weeks. Personally, my favorite feature of this cleaner is how simple it is to maintain. It's an often overlooked consideration when shopping for a carpet cleaner. Everyone at some time is going to pick up some extra stuff, especially with pets. That pet hair over time gets stuck on the brush rollers and in the dirty water tank so you must be diligent about cleaning it regularly but many carpet cleaners don't consider this and as a result, are extremely hard to thoroughly clean without taking the entire machine apart. The JetSrcub does not have this problem, it was designed with maintenance in mind. The roller, brushes and debris trap/overfill are easily accessible and removable just snapping in and out. They also include a neat little brush cleaning tool so you're not peeling off wet dog hair with your bare hands. Thank you for that Bissell
