Great for pets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My wife and I really enjoy using this deep cleaner. It's small, lightweight, compact size makes it easy to store and setup. It has removable parts for proper cleaning and drying, which is important for a pet family like ours. The LED lights are fun but most importunately it cleans like a champ. The motor is loud but at least you know its powerful and working well. This will replace our old, big, clunky shampooer and our pet spot bot. Cleaning up spills and stains is a breeze now.

Feisty feline + toddler takedowns = JetScrub to the rescue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a busy mom who works full-time out of the home in addition to being the parent of two loves in my life: a 3 year old daughter and a 4 month old kitten! Together, this duo take on (and cause) many thrills and accompanying spills they can get their paws on. No use in crying over spilled milk (for my daughter) or kibble (for my kitty) because the JetScrub gets the job done, quickly! My daughter is at the tender age where everything is fair game in the house - to color on - that is. If she's playing with crayons or markers at her easel and they happen to make their way to the carpets in my living or dining area, so be it! Write on the walls going up the stairs, and maybe paint the carpet along the way? Two hands = twice the fun with a marker and brush in tow! Wipes may work for the walls, and spray carpet cleaners are OK in a jiff, BUT, the best part of bringing out the JetScrub is that I know my WHOLE rug is going to get a nice DEEP clean when I do! Since we ALSO have a kitty who we adopted somewhat recently, who has come home to a multi-floor house, including pet messes (as a result of introducing a new food into his diet, for example) - are a given! My happy kitty enjoys being around my daughter at all times, and if he has to leave her side to use the litter box, he'll do so, but he's still growing and these things happen. Again, enter Bissell's JetScrub to the rescue! I am always most concerned with the appearance of the carpet afterwards (does it smear the spilled contaminants?); does it truly get all the mess up? AND - almost if not even more importantly - what does the stain SMELL like afterwards? This is an even more delicate issue in the CAR! No one wants something stinking up their automobile, where many of us "live" on our daily commutes to and from work. JetScrub gets it done - stank free! I received this JetScrub through the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my HONEST review.

An amazing product for anyone who has carpet in their home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner was truly a game changer, the light weight and sleek body style was only the beginning of the ice berg. It was super easy to maneuver around tight corners and legs of items without being overly bulky. The machine itself is only 13 lbs which makes it great to clean on multiple levels of the house without breaking a sweat. The markings on the tank make it easy to fill and start without much thought. It cleaned up everything I threw at it, literally, and I was SUPER glad because my cat threw up on light tan carpet and you couldn't tell where it was now even if you tried! It has two settings, express mode and deep clean that each served a great purpose and I was glad for the option of having two. Cleaning the machine itself was also intuitive and user-friendly and made me feel like the machine was fully clean and ready for the next time I wanted to use it. One of my favorite features of this carpet cleaner was the width was perfect for the stairs that I could actually clean them! I loved so much about this carpet cleaner, the only thing that would have made me love it more was if it had a detachable hose to clean couches/chairs/curtains. This product is the perfect easy and quick carpet cleaner for those with kids, pets or any one with carpet!! Thank you so much to the Stellar Panel for letting me try this amazing product!

Great Lightweight Powerful Carpet & Stain Cleaner

The machine is lightweight and powerful. One of the best things is the ease of cleaning the machine after use. Would have been nice to have smaller attachment for stairs.

Powerful Cleaner with an Arm Workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a working mom of a toddler and two indoor dogs. Between the dog accidents and the kiddo spills, my carpet is constantly messy. I have always used spray carpet cleaner and a paper towel to clean my stains then I leave them. So as you can imagine, my carpet never really looks clean. This carpet cleaner does a great job of removing carpet stains. My favorite feature is the dual clean setting, which allows me to select "deep clean" or "express". Since receiving the product, I use the express clean weekly (sometimes daily) for the dog messes I come home to, and I get a good deep clean in about once a month. The express clean uses less water so it is good for the recent or superficial stains and it dries in less than an hour. The deep clean can really penetrate set in stains but it does take a bit longer to dry, expectedly. The images attached are dog urine and spilled milk that I discovered hiding beneath the mat in my daughter's play area. These spills were older than I would like to admit and did not come up with my spray and towel method, due to time. The Bissell carpet cleaner on deep clean setting lifted the stains easily and the area was fully dry in about two hours. The water tank doesn't need to be filled too often for my weekly cleans, which is a plus. I can clean my entire living room on the express cycle with one tank of water with solution. For the deep clean setting, I can typically get maybe half of that on a single tank. The tank doesn't use much solution so a little can go a decent way. My one big negative to the product is the weight. It is quite heavy for a small cleaner and my arm definitely got a workout just cleaning my living room. It feels like a standard large carpet cleaner, weight wise, just in a smaller package. On the plus, it is a great compact size overall, and the head of the cleaner is narrow enough to fit between furniture and in small spaces. I love this deep cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a dog and a toddler makes it hard to keep carpeted areas and rugs clean. I had been just using carpet cleaning sprays and a scrub brush with some elbow grease, but i always felt like i put in so much effort, to still end up with stains that made it feel not totally clean. This bissell deep cleaner is a lifesaver for me. It is sooo light and easy to move around my 2 story townhouse. My upstairs hallway gets the most dirty, so i decided to test the cleaner up there on the stains from previous messes. When i was done the water was almost brown, it was so dirty. And the carpet looked almost brand new, i was shocked! This tiny little cleaner did such a good job! Emptying the tank and cleaning after was a breeze. The carpet took a little while to dry, but thankfully i did it in the morning and was able to keep everyone off until it was dry. I also had to use the quick clean mode on some applejuice that my toddler spill on the rug in the playroom, which came up no problem and was clean and dry within 45min. I haven't used it on pet messes yet, but from what I've seen it do, I dont think ill have a problem. Overall this cleaner is a perfect fit for my family, i haven't found anything i dont like about it. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this carpet deep cleaner.

Gets the job done!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a parent of 2 young messy toddlers and a cat who pees and throws up on our carpet, we were super excited to test out this product. The machine was super easy to put together and the markings on the tank made it simple to fill. There are markings for carpet and hard floors. The machine comes with a little station and is synch to store and pull out. I used it on many of my area carpets. Our cat keeps peeing on the same spot on our carpet. That was the first place I worked on. The cleaner did a great job at eliminating the odor and I'm happy to say he hasn't peed there since. The scrubbing roller is effective at getting out dirt and stains on the carpet. There's a tank where all the dirty water is stored. I was shocked and appalled to see how dirty my carpets have become. It made me shutter to think that my kids were rolling around in it. It does help to prep by vacuuming the area first. It helps remove all the debris that gets stuck inside the cleaner. We even tried using it on our basement tiles. I felt that it left it cleaner than our regular mop and bucket. We tried to use it on our stairs, but it wasn't wide enough and awkward to handle. Overall, I am happy about how this product cleans. Thank you so much to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner.
