[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was aware of Bissell before trying this cleaner. I am so super pleased with this carpet cleaner. If you haven't heard of or tried the Jetscrub Pet Carpet Cleaner you really need to. You won't have to buy another cleaner for a long time. You put the cleaner in the compartment and add your water and start cleaning couple of passes and you'll see all the yuck coming up. It works so good. Thank you so much for the opportunity to test this Bissell Cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great carpet cleaner, its very lightweight and can be used for quick cleaning or deep cleaning of entire carpet. I have a 15 year old yellow Labrador Retriever who has become incontinent. We first used it to clean the entire carpet. It did a nice job cleaning the living room. Once the carpet was clean we used it as a spot cleaner as needed. The extendable handle is nice I am 5 "1" my husband is 6"3" it was comfortable for both of us. It uses less water than our last carpet cleaner. Has better suction which helps with drying faster. There are more brushes than our last cleaner which gives it a deeper clean.. Compact storage with resting tray that allows brushes to dry.

I expected it to remove surface and recent stains, but I tried the JetScrub on an older stain that was in my daughters room when we bought the house 8 years ago and to my surprise it actually removed it completely!!! Talk about impressed. The machine itself is mid-weight and easy to operate. One of my favorite aspects of this machine is that it came with a storage base so that you can put it away right after use and not worry about it mildewing on the floor or making a mess.

My New Best Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried the JetScrub would need extensive assembly so I was waiting for my husband to grab the tools. I lost the screws to my last carpet shampooer trying to "wing" assembly with a butterknife so I've been restricted from all tool required projects...and with reason! My toddler ended up having a spill so I broke open the box and decided to force my way through assembly. To my surprise, there were only a few snap on parts! I felt like the angels were shining down on this pregnant and super exhausted mommy! It was super easy to fill up the tank and plug the JetScrub right in. I love the bright light on the front of it so I can focus on the stains and see when they are completely removed. I cleaned my huge area rug, my toddlers eating area rug and my entry way with only changing the tank once. I can't believe it picked up soo much dirt and pet hair! Eventhough I felt like I lived in a dirty dump truck in that moment, I was way happy it picked up so much with such little effort! I have 2 elderly small dogs, one sheds and one has a bladder that's not worth 2 pennies....this is my new go to for her tiny mistakes. I also have a toddler who is trying to potty train so you can only imagine. I will officially recommend this to every parent and pet owner in my circle. I am thrilled beyond words. Highly recommended.

Simple, Compact and Versatile Carpet Cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner is my first experience with a carpet cleaner. Although I can certainly get great use out of one with two young children and a lab, I have always been intimidated by all the parts and compartments, as well the sheer size of most carpet cleaners. The JetScrub Pet is reasonably sized and portable. It is easy to maneuver around our home. After a quick read through the manual, I was able to fill the compartment quickly and easily with warm tap water and the included cleaning solution, which left a light and pleasant scent. Dispensing the solution requires a simple press of the trigger and is not cumbersome at all. The manual includes different stroke patterns depending upon the type of cleaning you are doing, which is very helpful for a first time user. The best part of this machine is how easy it is to push. I was able to complete several passes over each area of a large rug without fatigue. I am able to clean an area rug or set of 7 stairs on a single tank, in less than ten minutes. I am shocked at how fresh and clean my stairs looked after the first use, as they get the most wear in my home. I am also impressed with the amount of dirt that was removed from our relatively new area rug. Dealing with cleanup was one of my biggest reservations, but dumping the dirty water and rinsing the reservoir and brush is simple. I let the parts air dry and the machine can be reassembled quickly. The JetScrub stores without taking up a lot of space, even with the included docking stand. I'd like to investigate whether other cleaning solutions can be safely used in this product, particularly those that are more natural/eco friendly. While the included solution smells great, I am concerned about the chemicals it contains. With young children and pets that spend a lot of time on the carpeted areas of my home, I want to be certain that the products I use are as safe as possible.
