Powerful Compact Cleaner with an Arm Workout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a working mom of a toddler and two indoor dogs. Between the dog accidents and the kiddo spills, my carpet is constantly messy. I have always used spray carpet cleaner and a paper towel to clean my stains then I leave them. So as you can imagine, my carpet never really looks clean. This carpet cleaner does a great job of removing carpet stains. My favorite feature is the dual clean setting, which allows me to select "deep clean" or "express". Since receiving the product, I use the express clean weekly (sometimes daily) for the dog messes I come home to, and I get a good deep clean in about once a month. The express clean uses less water so it is good for the recent or superficial stains and it dries in less than an hour. The deep clean can really penetrate set in stains but it does take a bit longer to dry, expectedly. The images attached are dog urine and spilled milk that I discovered hiding beneath the mat in my daughter's play area. These spills were older than I would like to admit and did not come up with my spray and towel method, due to time. The Bissell carpet cleaner on deep clean setting lifted the stains easily and the area was fully dry in about two hours. The water tank doesn't need to be filled too often for my weekly cleans, which is a plus. I can clean my entire living room on the express cycle with one tank of water with solution. For the deep clean setting, I can typically get maybe half of that on a single tank. The tank doesn't use much solution so a little can go a decent way. My one big negative to the product is the weight. It is quite heavy for a small cleaner and my arm definitely got a workout just cleaning my living room. It feels like a standard large carpet cleaner, weight wise, just in a smaller package. On the plus, it is a great compact size overall, and the head of the cleaner is narrow enough to fit between furniture and in small spaces. The item was easy to assemble and the instructions were not complex.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed is how lightweight the machine is. The carpet cleaner is perfect for spot cleaning. It is not really ideal for whole house cleaning due to small fluid capacity. I will say it is very powerful and does a great job. We have 3 dogs and a cat, so this comes in handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is very easy to assemble. Within 5 minutes of opening the box, I was already cleaning my living room carpet. It is on the smaller side, but that is perfect for my little apartment. I had a bigger one before, and I could never find anywhere to store it. This one comes with a base to store it on, and the handle is retractable making it even easier to find a place to store when not in use. It is important with a carpet cleaner that I be able to see the same amount of water I put on the carpet go into the dirty tank. This one does just that and has excellent suction. Because of the suction, the carpet dried very quickly. There are 10 rows of bristles on this machine, making it very effective at scrubbing out stains. I've had a stain on my carpet that my other one couldn't get out and this one managed to lighten it considerably. All in all this is a powerful little cleaner, and I would recommend it to anyone with or without pets.

I LOVED the ease of use and portability of this Bissell carpet cleaner! We have pets AND kids, so messes happen EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. in this house! I received this cleaner from the Stellar Product Testing Panel, for review, and boy am I glad I did- it had been a huge help around here! I got it or if the package and set it up right away- you barely even need instructions to do it! I set to work right away cleaning a big part of carpet that gets walked on, spilled on, and ground up daily! It's quite a mess in that spot, so I wanted to really test this carpet cleaner out! I was really impressed by both how simple it was to fill and prep, AND clean out when you're finished! It took me no time to get it all finished, and let it air dry. Thankfully- that didn't take long either because the auction pulled out plenty of water, so it wasn't a soaked mess when I was done, either! I think one of the real benefits to this carpet cleaner was the actual brush that it has- it has tons of very coarse bristles so it truly did scrub the carpet- it took up tons of pet hair and gunk, and then somehow cleaned right out of the brush because it's designed so that you can pop it right out to clean. it's an excellent feature, and probably the most effective part of this carpet cleaner! This machine is lightweight, easy to use, and really effective for messes big and small- even old messes that you think may never be clean again! I'm so thankful for this chance to try it out, it's now a staple machine in this house!

It does a great job with the carpets they look very clean The only thing that it was lacking was attachments It would have been nice to have attachments to clean stairs and furniture. Its nice that it came with two bottles of carpet cleaner too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this Carpet Deep Cleaner. This product stands out in a few ways. It's easy to assemble right out of the box, with only a couple parts to attach. The unit itself is fairly lightweight and I appreciate the foresight of including a plastic tray for the cleaner to sit on when not in use. The targeted spray nozzle is a nice touch, and I liked having two complementary bottles of solution. Since this unit is not professional grade, I tried to temper my expectations accordingly. I wasn't expecting a deep, thorough or hard core cleaning on all portions of my carpet - just something "good enough." The cleaner did not get out a very stubborn spot on the main thoroughfare near our front door, but I sort of expected that. I did have to refill the tank more often than I wanted, which is sort of a hassle. A retractable hose option would be nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend the Bissell JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner!! It is lightweight and extremely easy to use. I am trying to upload my before and after pictures, but I keep getting an error message, but will update as soon as I can. There is no smell, discoloration or residue left on the carpet. You cannot tell that our dog had an accident on my very expensive rug! The tanks are easy to remove and pop back in without an issue. It doesn't take up much space and is easy to store. The brush was also easy to clean and popped back into place very easy and still looks new even after cleaning it many times now. I have tried many different carpet cleaners before and I was very surprised (and impressed) by the power this one has. My son just adopted a puppy and I bought him one too. This is a must have for anyone with pets or children!
