Sorry to hear it got clogged, Barb. We do recommend vacuuming thoroughly prior to deep cleaning since the machine is designed to pull up deep down dirt, hair and debris from your carpet.

Horrible cleaner. Leaves carpet soaked and I can use a gallon of cleaner on one bedroom. Can't return because I'm 2 days out of the 30 day return policy. Will go with another brand

Amazing little machine! Did an awesome job on my royal palace area rugs. It didn't take long for them to dry at all. I have cleaned houses for over 37 years now and this is a real compliment coming from me. Well done Bissell !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it appeared to be a smaller machine that I use to do our bedrooms floors with. It has worked great! With the pet cleaner that came with it and buying the recommended 3 pack it took stains right out of the carpets that were here when we bought the house and hair from our pets... and what appeared the previous owners as well! I've taken it to my moms and done her living room as well. It is super lightweight and easy to carry and the handle compacts right down for easy storage. As with anything, you will need to clean it after you use it. Otherwise it gets stinky quick lol!

Awesome little cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little cleaner is perfect for pet owners! I own a larger cleaner but it's time consuming trying to pull it out for small stains. This bissell is lightweight and has the perfect size cleaning head for small stains. The water reservoir is again small but I like that if I'm only cleaning small stains and spots. The storage tray is also a nice feature. You can just dock the cleaner after use and let it drip into the tray and not worry about leaving a wet mark on the floor. This small cleaner is much easier to maneuver than the other larger machines and that makes it perfect for small pet stains. If you are a pet owner you will not be disappointed in this product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product after have a friend visit who's dog likes to go potty in the house. I was pleasantly surprised with Bissell Jetscrub carpet cleaner. The cleaner really worked well for the use I needed it. I didn't know Bissell had a Jetscrub pet carpet model! I do think it's on the smaller scale, which is perfect for my household! I've used bigger Bissell carpet cleaners & the jetscrub did just as good of a job!! I absolutely would buy this I've already talked my mom into buying a carpet cleaner!
I would recommend this to a friend!
