[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is smaller than my other Bissell cleaner but works great for just quick clean up and is much lighter and easier to use. With two 6-month pups in the house they do get it dirty, so happy to have this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and use. Very happy with my initial use of it on a very animal friendly carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this cleaner! We live in an apartment and are surrounded by mud everywhere. I wipe my dogs feet when we come in but sometimes things get tracked in! This cleaner is quick and easy and is saving my carpets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great item! I live in an apartment and have a dog. Unfortunately all the areas around us are MUD! So I do wipe her paws as we come in after going potty but there are times stuff still gets tracked in. This has made it so easy to get the messes cleaned up right away!

I am so happy with this! As you can see from the comparison pic I have the larger Bissell pet steamer, have had it for a little over four years. It has all the bells and whistles but is an absolute bulky nightmare for quick "oops moments" - you know the quick spot clean moments, whether it is the kids dropping their sippy cup or the overly happy to see you, you just want to quickly and efficiently clean up the mess and get on with your day. I have area rugs on tile and wood floors in the family living areas and carpets in the bedrooms the JetScrub worked like a champ on both types of rugs. The area rugs are polypropylene- I note this because they do not suggest using the steamer on area rugs as it can cause staining or shrinkage (wool, silk delicate fabrics) The JetScrub was not only easy to use - it was lightweight ✔️and handled well. I had no problem getting under the coffee table. I was amazed at the power capability ✔️ comparing this to my larger Bissell I was impressed. It had no problem tackling the tougher stains and deep cleaning. It leaves the treated area almost completely dry. So easy and almost effortless to clean ✔️It took very little time to clean the scrubbing head and the little tool just made it easier. Let us not forget the catchall it sits in for storage ✔️ why had they not done this sooner?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design upgrade. Easy to remove and reinstall the component parts. Parts that require filling or emptying much easier. I have a thick wool carpet and it clean up really nicely with this small easy to handle Bissel rug cleaner. I also like the launch pad that holds comment parts out to dry. So far very pleased. I hope the parts hold up in time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a miracle worker! We have a new puppy with lots of accidents and this makes it so much easier to clean them up. I can't imagine how we lived without it with all our other dogs when they were pups. We have also used it for stains when the dogs have eaten something that didn't agree with them.

I used in 2 bedrooms, did a great job. My dog likes to scoot under the bed for naps and comfort. The Side of the bed is dirty and pathways from doorways. Carpet needed to be cleaned. It took no time to clean carpets. So pleased with the outcome.
