[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical when I pulled this out of the box that it would have the power to clean my carpets deeply and effectively. Well, dynamite comes in small packages. This not only deep cleaned my carpets, it left no residual soap in the rug. It dried rather quickly after completion of the cleaning. I was surprised how lightweight this product is compared to others. I would definitely recommend this!!!

I wish it had an attachment so I can do the sofas and get rid of pets and kids smell on those areas too. For such a light weight machine it does clean well. Having said that there's a few drawbacks; the carpet was still a bit damp/wet after several sweeps of the machine without the water. And there were some fuzzy balls left for me to pick up. However the dirty water container was gross! It does the job. I wish it had an attachment so I can do the sofas and get rid of pets and kids smell.For the floor is an area rugs wonderful machine. It was really easy to remove the dirty water container emptied out rent it out put it back in the machine refilling the machine with solution and water was super simple. Compare to other floor cleaners/carpet cleaners I've tried this one on par, the only reason is this one does not have additional attachments to do the sofas but for floor carpet cleaning purposes it's on par. It's a lovely carpet shampooer for people who just need to shampoo floor areas and rugs. I have recommended it to friends who have predominately carpeted areas and leather furniture. It does the job! The dirty water container pulls out dirty water. With regular usage it will maintain those areas very well. The solution that comes with it is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, the machine is suspiciously small. The body itself is small and compact, even the handle slides back into the base for easy storage. It makes storing an extra tool just for deep cleaning appealing. The express clean is simply amazing. With four passes it wets the carpet, scrubs it, and pulls up all of the grime. The dirty water receptacle is a breeze to pop out and rinse off. The only thing I'd like to see different, is a slightly longer cord. The current one just isn't long enough.

I have 3 boys and 4 dogs so my carpets and area rugs get very dirty and cleaning them is always such a hassle. We've bought a carpet cleaner before, it was huge and bulky - never cleaned well. We have rented a commercial cleaner, but that gets expensive. So having this awesome Carpet Cleaner that is specifically for pets has been such a game changer. It's a great size, but it's easy to store thanks to the awesome tray that comes with it and it's only 13 pounds so it isn't heavy and bulky at all. This is great for when I need to do a quick spot clean, just grab and go. This carpet cleaner is so nice looking and is very fancy looking. It lights up the floor with LED headlights, which makes cleaning and seeing the stains/spots so much easier. It has controls right where you can reach them easily and I love all the different settings that it has, being able to select a specific setting for what I am needing to clean - the great mode is the express clean - it dries in an hour which is amazing. The express clean does great for my area rugs, it gets them nice and clean, but doesn't take all day to dry. Now to the cleaning, I have been using the cleaner that came in the box and it has been awesome. This machine cleans my carpets extremely well, it's kind of a shocker to see the difference in my carpet - you really don't notice how dirty your carpets are until you use this. Not just the dirt, but the dog hair surprises me every time. When you see all the dirt and animal hair in the tank - you really know how well this thing works. I am so happy that this Carpet Cleaner doesn't get plugged at all with all the dog hair, which is a huge plus since that was a big issue with our last carpet cleaner. I am so impressed with this Carpet Cleaner, each time I use it (which is often) it surprises me - it really does clean well and it's so easy to use. I highly recommend it to everyone!!

I LOVE the Bissell JetScrub Pet Deep Cleaner I received from Stellar Product Testing Panel! My stairs and kids room carpeting was horrible but after one session they looked almost brand new again! I did a second session a week later and WOW!! It removed everything that was left. I fell in love with my carpet for the first time!. It is so easy to use and my favorite part is that it is beyond easy to clean and put away! Very user friendly for sure.
