[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's new and it works wonderfully!! At first I felt it was quite too small but since I only really have a low ply (Disney carpet) in my living room, this was just the right size. I also have rug runners throughout the house and instead of putting those in my washer, I just use this machine. It sucks up water very well. So compact which I really LOVE! I don't mind whipping this bad boy out to clean up even the small messes but I have my handheld carpet cleaner for those jobs now. Yep...bought them both! lol This machine is so easy to use. The only con I would have would be you have to quite frequently add/dump out water due to the "compact" size. I do get a work out so I don't mind.

With alot of pets and 3 kids this carpet cleaner really does the job and it is so nice to be able to see a difference in my carpets. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and couldn't believe how dirty the water was after...it really cleaned my carpets! I used it on my hall runner and living room area rug as well. Just moved into a condo and feel much better about the carpets now. I know they're clean! I look forward to using this carpet cleaner on a regular basis to help combat allergens.

This shampooer does not suction the water off the carpet well it leaks the dirty water on the carpet causing dirty spots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an older model Bissell that I loved, just hated the cleanup afterwards...this product is GREAT! Not only does it deliver powerful suction and effective cleaning, but the post cleanup process is super EASY (and thorough) Love that!

Great Carpet Cleaner

This carpet cleaner works great ! It is light weight but really does the job like a pro. We had a incident with our older dog and it wiped out the stains and cleaned the carpet so well. It is very versatile with being able to collapse it to clean stairs and we love the storage tray so everything can dry out after your done using it. Great product would highly recommend !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerhouse cleaning machine. I love that it cleans deep and dries within thirty minutes. It is lightweight and is a hard worker. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new carpet cleaner to really consider this little gem!
