I would not recomend or buy this again

had great suction till hair stopped it and I didn't know this till next day when carpet was still wet next day, nothing on the cleaner let me know I even had a problem

Sorry to hear it got clogged, Barb. We do recommend vacuuming thoroughly prior to deep cleaning since the machine is designed to pull up deep down dirt, hair and debris from your carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this carpet cleaner. I have 4 cats and 1 dog inside and they make a mess. This Bissell Jetscrub cleaned my carpet with no problems. It's easy to fill and dump, lightweight and movers very easily. Also, it picked up hair that was down in the carpet but instead of clogging, it rolled them up and spit them out. I love how the lights make seeing under tables easier and the jet spray to treat stubborn spots. I love this carpet cleaner and use it every weekend.

Has good performance all round in carpets and rugs. Easy to use on stairs. The hard floor companion does not do a good job on tiles. Perhaps works better on wood or laminated floors.

One of the Most Powerful Light Uprights Available

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've used Bissell cleaners in our home for years now, and most use a heavy duty Green Machine type of cleaner, which is heavy, but gives a deep clean. Usually uprights just don't provide the same cleaning power. When we received this upright, we were a bit skeptical due to its light weight and being an upright. However, this little upright gives a great deep carpet cleaning and is easy to use. The tank is easy to remove and clean and the cleaner can be used on hard surfaces easily as well. This is an impressive lightweight cleaner has no problem cleaning our carpets and floors. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another carpet cleaner that after 10 years died and with having 2 young kids and 2 dogs, I needed to replace it! I was happy to find this one as it is more compact and just as powerful as my other one. It is light and super easy to get up and down my stairs without a struggle. It is also super quick for drying which is great because there is only so long I can keep my kids out of a room. Easy to put the water and soap in and easy to dump dirty water out. Also able to remove and clean the brush which is a great feature. I highly recommend!

My son bought this for me has a Christmas present. And I love it. I have hard wood floors and throw rugs on first floor of my house. It cleans really easy and nice. It gets all the dig hair up and it is easy to clean out. I would like it to be a little bigger and come with a hand tool but it does the job great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely LOVE my BISSELL JetScrub Pet Carpet Deep Cleaner! It's light weight, easy to carry up and down the stairs. This is made for quick shampooing of pet messes, but easily shampoos surrounding floors. Easy, straight to use functions. Super simple to take apart and clean along with emptying the waste water. This shampooer has major power and really scrubs out hard to clean areas. I did around our problem pet areas and loved it so much did two levels of our home. The roller did not tangle with hair and gave the carpets a much needed fluff. Stores smaller then your average size vacuum and sits on a plastic formed piece. Comes with some cleaner and a clean out tool. I am super impressed with the quality and durability with this shampooer!
