Now that COVID-19 has controlled our world, we can't have carpet cleaners in, so that led us to try the JetScrub cleaner. We're thrilled with the results! Stains disappeared, the carpets feel fresh and new--or at least refreshed, and we know we can manage our dog's last years or months. This is an incredibly good machine, and we're thrilled that we bought it.

The waste water was black and, even though I had vacuumed thoroughly before cleaning, it still removed quite a bit of dog hair. The carpet looked great and felt very plush. Some of the odor returned after a short time so I went over it again a week later. The water was less black but quite a bit of dirt and dog hair was removed on the second cleaning.

I am a meticulous, yet lazy cleaner. I have a Great Pyrenees in a small apartment and have set many a vacuum to an early grave/on fire (all non-Bissel)! This has performed wonderfully and is easy to clean even with fur wrapped around everything. Con: only expect to "deep clean" about a room per tank (express clean goes much further)-but! It is so light/small that to me it's worth it because I have limited storage and am very petite.

We have 2 large dogs and a cat and keeping our carpets clean is very important. This steam cleaner is the best one I have had so far. Cleans perfectly, and the drying time is not long. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my.... how this carpet shampooer has fit nicely into my household in such a short period of time. It's much lighter in weight than my previous shampooer and it goes under the tv cabinet. It is easy to take apart and clean. It came with a slide cleaner which works well in spots hard to rinse out. We have two dogs so it gets those bits of dog hair which get stuck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it for 2 weeks but am quite satisfied so far. I bought the Jetscrub and also the accessory Hardfloor kit for it directly from Bissell. In that time I have cleaned up cat "hurl" messes on carpet 3 times and my vinyl floors twice. The Jetscrub has worked like a champ. Most people don't even know that Bissell offers the JetScrub Pet Hard Floor Kit #2835 for it so you can do hard surfaces as well as carpet. I only found it by accident looking for it in Google. Bissell needs to update its website to advertise this fact better.
