Love the functionality

I was skeptical purchasing a microwave with so many additional functions however within two days I had used several functions. I truly enjoy the convection baking which enables me to bake cookies, nut bars etc. without having to heat the large oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A bit disappointed in the product
First it scratches so easily it already looks much older than a few months. Can only use soap and water no cleaners so never gets real clean.
Air fryer does have temp to select
Big one is vent does not work well when using front burners. Big issue since large burners are located on front of stove where you need it most. Even with unit on high house got Smokey and when cooking it’s not capture filtering odors
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When cleaning the outside of the microwave, we recommend against using cleaners with ammonia or alcohol, as they can damage the appearance of the microwave oven. If you choose to use a common household cleaner, first apply the cleaner directly to a clean cloth, then wipe the soiled area. When wiping the unit, some paper towels can also scratch the surface such as the control panel. Use the Chef Connect feature for connecting your microwave to a GE Appliances range to sync your vent fan. The vent fan will turn on automatically when the cooktop burner is turned on. You can learn more on page 23 and 24 of the Owner's Manual. You may also learn about the vent filters on page 28 of the manual.

If you believe your vent fan doesn't work as it should, it may need service. We recommend scheduling service by calling 1-800-432-2737 or online here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm so a certified GE Appliances technician can diagnose and repair your unit in no time.

Disappointing Air Fryer

Microwave works good, but air fryer doesn't. Takes twice as long to cook as my countertop air fryer. Waste of money to purchase this feature.
