Overpriced microwave

This is an overpriced microwave. We specifically bought it for the air fryer mode. We have tried several different items on the air fry mode and it sucks! No matter the temp or time the food is lukewarm at best.
Such a big disappointment from a GE product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hate This Microwave

This microwave has too many steps for just heating up a dish. I wish I’d realized that it had so many buttons and a knob to select and then push the knob, then push start! I’m used to One touch microwaving. Horrible!!
I HATE this microwave!!!

You can do so much not jut a microwave

So far I love it - I did vent it outside which is great.
It's easy to use and I like that can can do so many different functions with it. It is like having another oven. It is great looking and goes really well with my other GE appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The way that shines on my stove

so far I’m not impressed with this microwave. I never had a microwave that I had to dial in the amount of time that I wanted to use and if I would have known this, I would not have purchased this microwave. I am very disappointed it was installed today and I used it tonight and quite frankly I don’t care for it. If I could return it and get another one quite frankly, I think I would.

It's ok, just not what we wanted.

I suppose it cooks like a microwave. We asked for a smart, internet connected microwave to use with alexa. We were told this would connect through the range. The connection only syncs the fan, the light, and the clock. That is not a SMART device.

Hi there - while we're glad to know that the microwave work like it's supposed to and it gets the job done, we're extremely sorry to know that there was miscommunication regarding its features. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing it is when the features you were promised aren't available.

After checking the unit's specifications, we can confirm that this microwave will have the Chef Connect feature to sync with your range, but no Wi-Fi/smart features.

Light too bright

There is no way to reduce the brightness on the clock. Sounds petty but it keeps my kid awake as he has a clear view of the light from his bed
