We bought this after he was one week old, you don’t realize that you may have lost partum anxiety until you make it home that first night and can’t sleep because you wanna make sure your little baby is okay. That’s what happened to me. First night on him, I was able to finally get some needed rest. We use it every night. Easy to clean and he doesn’t mind it on him.

It’s a good product, I just wish I was able to see the history of O2 saturations and HR, but I can only see it in real time. So when the owlet beeps, I can see exactly what the issue was at thar exact time. Also would be nice to have a button to silence the sound on the actual sock for when the sock has connectivity issues when the baby is kicking around. It is very loud and wakes up other family members and sometimes I am in the middle of a diaper change and cannot get to my phone or the base to silence the sound.
Otherwise the fit is good, minimal issues experienced with connectivity.

I bought the Owlet after seeing a video online of it helping new parents discover wuickly yhat their baby was getting sick due to the readings on the Owlet. I went out and bought it the same day! Being new parents, my husband and I were so nervous about our daughter’s sleep, and not being able to monitor her while we are also sleeping. This gives us the peace of mind that she is being monitored and if anything were to drop or go wrong, the owlet would alert us to any issues. It has allowed us to get peaceful sleep ourselves. Not only that, but we find it so entertaining to see what stage of sleep she is in and everything else. I am so glad that we bought the Owlet and will absolutely recommend it to other friends and family.

I had/still have awful PPA. I didn’t purchase this until my baby was 6 months old and I WISH I would’ve gotten it sooner. I was so scared it would give me false readings and send me into a spiral but I haven’t gotten a single false reading. It’s given me so much peace of mind at night and I truly think it would’ve been so much help in the earlier months too. I bought it at 6 months cause my baby started preferring to sleep on his stomach so that stressed me out. Only two things I’m not a fan of, one is how laggy the app is, it takes almost a minute sometimes more to give you readings. I always check it a few times before I fall asleep and it takes way longer than it should. Number two is when the sock isn’t placed immediately it starts to beep until it’s back on the station or on the foot. My husband always gets my son’s sleepy time stuff ready for after a bath and if the sock sits longer than a few minutes it starts beeping. I’m glad to know it’s atleast working but I wish there was a way to let the app know you need a few more minutes and will activate it when you’re ready than just “snoozing it.” Other than those things I love it and recommend to ANYONE I can

I like the sock for piece of mind. I gave it a 3 rating as the alarm constantly goes off( difficulty getting reading) when I’m changing the baby or he is very fussy and crying. This is very annoying as I have to reach over and hit the base for the alarm to go off. Sometimes the app takes a few minutes To update with his stats if I’m in a different room and want to check on him.
