Reassurance and peace of mind!

I bought the Dream Sock after using the Owlet Smart sock with my second child. I was sad to see the Smart Sock discontinued as I could not download the current app to use the device with my third child. However, I love the peace of mind that Owlet provides and decided to go with the dream sock once it was released. While I don't feel like I necessarily need help with sleep training, I do love seeing the stats about my little one's sleep patterns and find that helpful in learning how to best support her sleep. She is currently sleeping 8-10 hours a night, and it is reassuring to check my phone to make sure everything is going well each night. The base station plays a loud tune that I can hear in my bedroom and downstairs. It also sends an audible notification to my phone to alert me to check on her when readings have been off. Of note, customer service has been fantastic both times I reached out to them, which is always appreciated! The only issue I have is with the smartphone application itself as it is often delayed in showing data/status upon opening but this is not significant enough to impact my opinion of the device!

Recommend the Dream Sock

We got the Dream Sock to use for our second baby who is a newborn. I am not sure how we did not have the Sock for our first kid! I love the app, insights, and alerts. An unanticipated favorite part of the app is sleep program advice.
The Sock and app were easy to set up. I like that you can just drop the sock on the base station to charge. There are, of course, connectivity issues from time to time as there are with all smart devices. However, the peace of mind and tracking that it provides far outweighs this issue. I would recommend it to friends and family with a new baby.

Dream sock gives peace of mind!

I purchased the dream sock as a recommendation from a friend who loves it. We put the dream sock on our two week old every night so that we can sleep better knowing there is an extra little layer of protection that will alert us if anything with his oxygen level or heart rate goes awry. It is so easy to apply and will alert if the placement is off.
We did have our sock give a lavender alert, indicating his heart rate was elevated. At the time, he was not latching and was very fussy so we were not concerned about the alert. We simply took the time to calm him until the alert stopped and then attempted to breast feed again. It was comforting getting the alert, knowing that it actually does work! The next morning I woke to an email from Owlet checking in regarding the lavender alert. It asked a couple of questions to ensure the sock was alarming appropriately. This is an amazing follow up service which proves someone is watching in the background and cares about the quality of their product and shows that the company is interested in its performance and making improvements.
I have also called owlet to ask a few questions about parameters for alarming and the gentleman I spoke to was very kind, very well educated on the product, and was extremely helpful.
This product is amazing. It allows my husband and I to sleep better at night and not feel like we have to check our little guy if he sleeps a little longer than his norm. We know it works because we have already had that proof. We will look into other owlet products as we love the dream sock so much. Thank you Owlet for giving us the gift of sleep and the gift of reassurance that our little man is safe at night.

So happy we made this purchase! It helps us sleep better at night knowing that we will be alerted if there is anything wrong with our newborn. I love the feature in the app that shows your baby’s sleep quality. We are so happy with our purchase and will definitely be making future purchases with this company!

Peace of mind!

I got this product (the dream sock) for my second child when she was about a week old. The first week was filled with much anxiety and checking to make sure she was breathing and content and not very much sleep for me. I had heard a lot of great things about the owlet from some moms groups I was in and decided to give it a go. I’ve finally been able to sleep peacefully for the last three weeks now! It really eases my mind and worries. I also really like that I can see her quality of sleep the previous night and pop in to check her heart rate if I’m ever curious! It also has a couple other sock sizes so you can still use it even as your child gets bigger so you really get your moneys worth! I wish I had this with my first child and recommend this to every parent especially ones with anxiety like me. Thank you for making this product!

The first time I heard about the Dream Sock was from our friends who had just had a baby, and they recommended it to us. I was skeptical at first, wondering where we draw the line with technology for a baby, but I love having it. As new parents we constantly worry, but we wanted to have our baby sleep in his own room. The Dream Sock allows us to do this, and when we worry we can easily check on him without going into his room and possibly waking him. Definitely a great addition to a new family! I have started exploring the app more, and find it very user friendly and full of information.
The only change I would like to see, is the ability to narrow down the time on the sleep quality chart and graph. Right now you can only see the night as a whole, I’d like to know what times he wakes up or has his best deep sleep. I would easily recommend this product!

Exactly what we expected!

We purchased this product expecting it to allow us to sleep in peace at night. So far, it has met our every need and the best part is that the Owlet team has yet to enable all the features due to their current situation. Once the additional features ar enabled, this product will be even better and we cannot wait for that. The sock fits great on the foot of our little one and she doesn’t seem to notice it is there either.

Easy to use

As a new mom I find this product very useful and helpful with putting my mind at easy, knowing that at all times I know exactly how my baby is doing. It’s easy to navigate on the app and I have had no issues with the sock itself. A friend recommended me to this product and I will definitely recommend it to others.
