I got a dream sock my daughter is three months old and the sock decided to remove it self out of nowhere and I can’t get it back on more can I re add it to app. I’ve had the sock for 3 months

Not compatible with app in Mexico

Even when Owlet Dream Sock is sold in Mexico the app Owlet Dream is not a available in Mexico. As consecuense the product is not compatible with the Owlet Care app and can not use it.

The update ruined it

It was working great when I first got it until I updated it, the readings are delayed as far as her waking up & going back to sleep, the app force closes when I check on history and when I open the app sometimes it takes one minute to actually see her readings.

This stupid sock creates more anxiety than anything. The app doesn’t work 90% of the time. Don’t waste your money.

Owlet has given me so much peace of mind. After losing my first daughter in the NICU, I was a wreck my whole pregnancy and the first few days after birth, afraid to put my newest daughter down, to look away, to sleep at all, especially when she started puking and choking at just 2 days old. I almost had to hit the code button in the hospital because she couldn’t clear it and was struggling for air. Because of the owlet I’m able to actually get some sleep and know that I’ll wake up if she needs help. It’s worth every penny spent. I do wish there was an app for watches so I could see her vitals on my watch, but I just make sure I always have my phone on me if I’m out of our bedroom.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do you enjoy being woken up by an annoying beep for no reason? Then this is the perfect thing for your new baby. This product gives a false alarm about 3-4 times a night. Oh also if you walk to far away from the base station it will go off for some reason. We have been using this product for about 4 weeks now and there hasn’t been a single night it hasn’t given a false alarm. It’s now an argument to use it or not and we are giving up on it. Not worth ruining the little sleep you will already get with a baby.

I primarily use this as just a camera monitor these days, but the frustrations have been endless. Newborn issues were a lot of false alarms, but with your first baby (particularly one who got here early) the last thing you need is the anxiety of an alarm going off indicating something is wrong at 3 am. Nothing ever was. Now the camera constantly disconnecting. Morning afternoon and night. Will be totally fine and suddenly kicks me off. Extremely extremely frustrated and disappointed. This is not a cheap product. At this price point it should work as intended 100% of the time and we are functioning at about 20%.
