I have used the Owlet Dream Sock for all three of my babies and I couldn’t recommend it more. Whether you’re a new parent with new anxiety or sleep deprived from multiple children, it’s amazing features will give you peace of mind for a good night sleep yourself. Anything that helps with the challenges of parenting is a win in my book!

Must have for first time mom, or any one.

I bought the owlet 6 months ago, before my baby arrived and it has been a life saver. As a first time mom and in the trenches of post partum hormones and anxiety. This allowed me peace of mind, and has truly relived a lot of my anxiety. We continue to practice safe sleep and I still check on him throughout the night but I couldn’t sleep without this extra eye on my little one. I’m so grateful this exists and was able to help my first time mom journey. My only critique would be the pre sets for stat alerts is pretty low, 60bpm is went it would alert you to assist your baby and that’s typically when cpr is preformed, I know there is other indicators for when the alarm goes off, but I think the stats need to be raised a little bit to meet the norm. Otherwise it’s 100% worth the money for over all peace of mind.

My daughter was a premie, born at 35 weeks, this was the only way I could get any sleep! Still is! We faithfully wear ours every night! Definitely recommend!

Great peace of mind!

I bought this with our newborn and as a nurse it’s been a great peace of mind at night to be able to monitor my baby, especially now that he is in his crib. I also love the feature of being able to see how much sleep my baby got.

I am so glad I have this owlets sock. I am a first time mom and when my son first came home from the hospital I would stay awake just watching his breathing and making sure he was ok. With the sock monitoring him I get peace of mind knowing I’ll get an alert if my sons oxygen drops or has a high or low heart rate. After a while I can see patterns on when he wakes up. I absolutely recommend this product to any parent.

Life saver!

I bought this initially for my premi baby after a long nicu stay. I got so used to the monitors that I needed to have the same reassurance at home. However, owlet really came in handy when my 6 month old caught RSV. We went in to the hospital one day and her oxygen was relatively fine, but using owlet the next couple days gave me a better indication of her oxygen levels and helped me to confirm what I was seeing, that her oxygen was dropping. Had it not been for owlet confirming my thoughts, I probably would have listened to the doctors that she was fine from the beginning and to let it ride its course out. She is doing much better now, but I never go a night without her sock!
