Peace of mind!

I love the owlet sock. It has helped me and my husband worry so much less with our son now sleeping in his own room. The owlet also charges so fast that we are able to use it for every nap and nighttime sleep. We love it!

PPA is real and the owlet has relived almost all of my worries when it comes to my baby sleeping!

Owlet Sock Monitor

I bought this sock for my first child who is now 5 months old. When we decided to have him sleep in his crib, this sock played a huge role in allowing me peace of mind. I love that I can open the app and see his heart rate/oxygen levels. I also really like seeing when he is in 'deep sleep' vs light resting. It is cool to see how babies connect their sleep cycles etc. In agreeance with others who reviewed though, the song that plays whenever there is a connection problem is EXTREMELY annoying and the technology should have a silent option. Although it has only happened randomly twice in the night since his foot has grown and fits the sock well, it is super frustrating if the song plays and it wakes up the baby. You can plug the charger in elsewhere, but it is annoying and should be changed.
Overall I am very happy with the technology except this error that occurs.

I bought this for my newborn 5 months ago. It helps me sleep better knowing that I will be alerted if something is going on.
The only thing is with the app, sometimes it says it doesn’t have readings for specific time periods. If the base is green it is still working but it would be nice if the app didn’t glitch. The app is the only reason I gave this a 4 instead of 5.

Issues.

The base light is green when I apply the sock to my newborn. However, almost every night my app only says “app searching for base” and never shows real time O2 sats and heart rate, I have connected and reconnected from wifi multiple times, almost every night and even deleted and reinstalled the app-with no improvement. The night sessions do show up the next day, with small areas of time with no data. But, it does give me most of the data from the night of sleep. But, this app error bothers me. I can send pictures if needed.

This is my second Owlet for my second baby. It gives me such a peace of mind and helps my postpartum anxiety. It is easy to use and I don’t get false alarms.
