When my daughter started sleeping on her stomach my anxiety hit an all time high. The Owlet completely changed that. It’s so comforting knowing she’s safe & breathing well. Also, I love knowing what stage of sleep she’s in. It’s much more accurate than the Nanit.

My 4 month old daughter had RSV and we were able to determine when to take her to the hospital based on her O2 levels. The owlet sock has helped me get through many stress filled nights knowing it would wake me if her HR or oxygen was too low. If you can afford it, you won’t regret the purchase. The only adjustment I would like to see made is being able to change the range of HR or O2 levels at which you are notified.

Peace of mind

We have add our Owlet and have used it since our little one was born, she is now 9 months. Our daughter came down with Pneumonia and this was a piece of mind making sure her O2 levels stayed in a good range.

Peace of mind is priceless

My sister bought me the sleep sock when she found out I was expecting because she knew how much of a worry wart my husband and I both are. I am so thankful for this gift. It has allowed me as a first time Mom to rest, knowing that if something were to go wrong while I was asleep, the dream sock would alert me. I don’t put my daughter to bed at night unless she has the dream sock on.

Very easy to use, provides great peace of mind

This is the best monitor we have used for our 4 month old son. Very easy to put on and take off, gives us all the data at night so we can sleep with peace of mind! So glad it has received FDA approval, now we know we made the right choice out of all the other monitors out there. Links well with the camera too!

Has Made it Possible to Sleep Again

Our twins were born 3 months premature. A few people mentioned owlet dream socks to us, but cautioned that they could cause more anxiety for us so we didn't get them right away when the girls came home. It wasn't until one of our little girls almost died during nap time that we purchased these. I was using an old school baby monitor when it happened and thankfully was able to perform CPR and first responders were able to revive her. We didn't sleep for weeks in fear that if we fell asleep we might not hear if she needed help again even though she was in her crib right next to me. The dream socks and video monitors allowed us to get some sleep again. The only false alarms we've gotten, which hasn't been many, were while we were holding them. If you're in a situation like ours, bringing home preemies with health challenges, I'd recommend these.
I gave it 4 stars for a few reasons. One is because it's a bit challenging to keep them clean. We've followed the instructions on how to clean them and our girls still get some skin irritation. Two, there's not a way to monitor twins side by side in the phone app. That would be so helpful so you don't need to go back and forth. Three, I hope these can be made more affordable one day so that more families who need them can access them financially. We're thankful family stepped up to help us purchase them.
