The owlet sock is worth every penny for the peace of mind it gives you, especially during those crucial first few months. As a first time mom this greatly reduced my anxiety and allowed me to sleep better at night knowing her vitals were being continuously monitored. My baby was in the NICU for episodes regarding his breathing and oxygen saturation and as first time parents we were so nervous and worried to bring him home but at the same time so ready to finally have him with the us.
