Provides peace of mind to postpartum moms

I bought this for my 4th and final baby. And I’m so glad that I did! I love being able to see what her heart rate and oxygen levels are at. And I love the base station and how it will notify me if she gets to upset. Having this has really used my anxiety surrounding her sleeping. I would definitely recommend to other parents.

As a first time mom with postpartum anxiety this has been a huge life savior. It was recommended by a friend and I absolutely love it. I plan on having all future kids wear this and for my current little one continue with it until he’s older. I also haven’t had any issue with false alerts so that’s been great. Definitely a must have and recommendation I give to friends who are expecting!

Keeps us comfortable

Been using the owlet dream sock for about a week now. We really like the idea of letting us know when her levels are below or above average. It makes us feel more secure in leaving the room. Only thing we don’t like is it seems to say she is awake when she definitely is not

Love the product

I got this item as a gift and I am so glad I asked for it. As a first time mom I have anxiety whenever my little one is napping or sleeping and with this I can monitor her sleeping and her overall sleep habits from my phone. Excited to use!

We are getting ready to welcome our little one into this world and we are very excited to use this! We have heard nothing but great things about this from friends that have been very happy to have one of our own. This is going to give us piece of mind at night knowing that we can check in whenever we want to make sure our little bundle of joy is safe and sound!

Peace of Mind

We had the Owlet smart sock with our first daughter and now have the dream sock with our second baby. We love the sock! It gives great peace of mind and reassurance. I love the addition of the sleep guide with the dream sock. Lets you know when baby might need to go down for a nap and has more in depth view of their sleep patterns. Highly recommend!

I like it but also disappointed

I like it but I'm disappointed. I have the cam2 mounted on the wall above the crib and it will not detect baby's motion. If I'm at the crib laying baby down, it will detect that. However, when baby is left alone it will not. I've been using the Leap Frog monitor which I absolutely love. It will detect the smallest twitch. However, I wanted something to monitor baby's slp patterns, so I purchased the Owlet. After the 1st night, the Leap Frog consistently detected motion, and the Owlet did not. Not even once. I moved the monitor closer to the crib and it still won't detect motion even on highest sensitivity. I've used the troubleshooting suggestions and still the same. Still debating if I should keep it.

Too inconsistent, do not recommend

I bought this several months ago for my newborn and unfortunately, I would not recommend. My main issue is that it drops connectivity without notification. For example, it’ll end my little ones sleep at 5am but the sock stayed on until 6am and no yellow or blue notifications were given and there was not a low battery. There just are no sleep stats for the missed hour so one can only assume it was not monitoring. I also find it strange that my little one can be awake for quite some time in the night (rolling constantly, crying, moving, etc) and the purple notification to check on her does not go off. Perhaps I don’t understand the parameters for a purple notification but it seems that a lot of movement with a high heart rate would warrant a check in. Unfortunately, these things make it hard for me to justify the high cost of a device that doesn’t consistently work. If I could go back, I would research and buy another monitoring option.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
