Disappointed

I was really excited when I saw the oxygen and heart rate tracking came back. But was soon disappointed when I learned it doesn’t do live readings and alert anymore like the original. So I returned it as it is expensive and didn’t do what I was hoping.

Incredibly disappointing design

This product in theory would be great, however there is no option to mute the base of the sock— meaning that if your child bumps the sock in the middle of the night and it disrupts the sock’s ability to read their vitals, the base will play an incredibly loud lullaby… waking you and your baby up. There is no functionality to mute or lower this volume. A very disappointing design flaw that makes this product pretty useless to me unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dream sock went offline for myself and others

I use this sock every night to cut down some of the anxiety of being a new mom and while I wanted to give a great review I can’t. It’s 1:56 in the morning and I can’t sleep. Why? Because 3 hours ago when i went to put the sock on my daughter’s foot the app kept saying the sock had been removed. Went to go re-add it and I can’t. Attempted to just create a new account and add the sock and you can’t even choose to add a sock AT ALL. I go on twitter and find out the sock is offline in general. Everyone is having the same problem. I bet most users don’t even know the sock isn’t working and are just blissfully sleeping thinking this device will notify them if something happens with their babies. I’m really disappointed. People put so much trust and confidence into this device.

App does not display oxygen or heart rate

Maybe I missed something but I do not see any oxygen or heart rate readings. I just set up the device and the charging pad is green. The app is displaying over 473k hour session when I just installed it. I'm so confused. Also, it look as if some of the words are cut off. I updated phone and app. How do I see the oxygen or heart rate? That's the whole reason I bought this item.

Very disappointing

The app does not work. Unable to see any live readings, continuously says app searching for base station. Very disappointing!

Forever grateful for owlet.

I found owlet when I was a first time mother, When I found out I was going to have a premie baby I started searching the web for a medical peace of mind.. 23 and young and a had lost a sister to SIDS at 3 months.. We got our first owlet and it was the BEST PURCHASE WE HAD EVER MADE. At only 10 months our son had gotten pneumonia and we had no idea he was struggling so badly but LUCKILY we had our owlet and it let us know our babies oxygen levels were dropping down into the 89-88 percent ranges and we rushed him to the ER… These monitors saved my babies life because who knows what could’ve happened if we didn’t have it… Our son had no labored breathing or signs of struggle other then a cough and congestion… We used one for him and our Second child. They are now 7 and 3 and we still use them when they get sick!! We will always always be so utterly thankful for owlet! I will be buying a new one as soon as I can afford it ours unfortunately broke… BUT ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND THE PEACE OF MIND. So thank you owlet I am Forever greatful for your product.

False alarm

I would remove the sock and place it on to the charging base station. However when attached to the base station the sock would alarm stating it was loose and off the child. I think a connectivity issue was going on between the base and monitor. The company did resent a new monitor but the base issue continued. Ended up returning the sock. The company was responsive and helpful. However the product had issues.

This thing will not stop going off. We do not have a big house, but if you swaddle your baby with one blanket the device will not connect from one room over. If it can’t read through a thin baby blanket, how would it know if my baby is in trouble.
