Peace of Mind with Some Hiccups: My Experience wit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] now with my 11-month-old, and here’s what I like and what could be better. What I love and think it’s worth the money:
- The combination of the Sock (for heart rate & oxygen) + the camera gives me both health metrics and visual reassurance — very helpful at night.
- The camera’s night vision is clear and the app interface is pretty intuitive.
- The alerts are a good safety feature — if something seems off, it notifies me immediately.
What I found challenging:
- I’ve gotten a few “difficulty reading” alerts that turned out to be false alarms — it can be stressful when it happens in the night.
- The setup with wifi and syncing the devices took a few tries.
- Because it relies on internet/cell signal, sometimes the video lags or disconnects briefly.
- The combination of the Sock (for heart rate & oxygen) + the camera gives me both health metrics and visual reassurance — very helpful at night.
- The camera’s night vision is clear and the app interface is pretty intuitive.

The Owlet Baby Care Dream Duo (3rd Gen) gives amazing peace of mind. It's very effective at tracking, and the app makes it easy to check everything quickly. The product feels well-made, and the packaging was neat and professional .While it's definitely an investment, the value for money is worth it because of the reassurance it provides for parents. There's no scent involved since it's a tech-based product, which is a plus. A great choice for parents who want extra reassurance at night.

The best sleep monitor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Owlet Dream Duo! My baby is three months old, and the peace of mind this set gives me is priceless. The sock is amazing! It gives me accurate, real time data on her pulse rate, oxygen level, and room temperature, which helps me feel confident that she’s safe and comfortable. The camera is just as impressive. When she takes naps in her room, I can keep an eye on her and hear her clearly with the two way audio. It’s so reassuring to be able to check in without disturbing her sleep. I also really appreciate that this won’t just be useful right now, but will continue to be valuable as she grows and eventually transitions to sleeping in her own room full time. It’s also really helpful for me to know the humidity level of her nursery since sometimes our house tends to get a bit humid. Knowing I’ll still be able to monitor her health and watch her through the high quality video gives me so much comfort. I highly recommend the Owlet Dream Duo to any parent looking for both safety and peace of mind. It has helped me relax so much more!

This monitor has everything you need to help you feel safe and know that your baby is being looked after when you can't be close. It not only includes a 2K HD video monitor, but it also includes the first FDA-cleared Dream Sock®. The setup was simple. I downloaded the Owlet App, and it walked me through the setup process. The process only took minutes. I was able to customize the camera for my grandson. Once the system is set up, the camera monitors the room's temperature and humidity level, as well as my grandson's cries, motion, and sound alerts. I love that this camera has built-in night vision, making it easy to see in the middle of the night. The video is crisp and clear. When paired with the Dream Sock®, the sock will monitor the baby's pulse rate, oxygen level, and sleep patterns. When my grandson goes out of the predetermined zones, I will get an alert right to my phone via the Owlet App. This duo also comes with a charging base for the Dream Sock® and four different-sized socks to use as your baby grows. The sock is easy to place on your baby's foot and stays in place once on. It is made of soft material. This is a quality baby monitor with many features, and I highly recommend it.

The video quality is clear, even at night, and the sound is very reliable. The sock fits comfortably on my baby’s foot and doesn’t bother her while sleeping, plus it tracks breathing and heart rate accurately. The battery lasts well, but sometimes the connection with the app drops and needs to be reset. Overall, the device feels durable, the packaging was neat, and while it’s on the pricier side, the peace of mind it brings is worth it
