We love everything about the sock. It’s so easy to get started and even easier to use. It has provided such peace of mind, knowing our sleeping baby is being monitored while we sleep. I really love the charting of the awake/light sleep/deep sleep. The only downfall is having to wait until they reach one month old to use. Would highly recommend.

So annoying

I truly cannot stand this device. Sure it keeps the baby safe and all the monitoring features work well but oh my god this thing is determined to make sure no one in the house gets any sleep. The sick sizing is horrible, way to big of a weight range for it to fit well at any weight. My son constantly kicks the weak Velcro off so the alarm goes off and wakes everyone up. Or one of us will wake up to feed him and take him into the other room, but then it's outside of the 3 square foot range of communication the unit apparently has and the alarm goes off and wakes the one who is still sleeping up. The sound of this alarm haunts my dreams, I am so sick of constantly being jolted awake at night for nuisance alarms. But have to keep using it for the baby's safety, and again, I have nothing bad to say about the actual safety monitoring features, they all work well. Get better sized socks and make the communication stronger and id be over the moon happy with it. For now I just have to deal with being shocked awake at least once a night for no reason at all

What the sock does is amazing. But, my baby moves a lot in her sleep and when she’s waking up and she frequently moves in her sleep, the sock moves and makes the sensors go off. And I have had problems with the app. It doesn’t load everything everytime you go into it. I have to click out and go back in

Overall I really like it. However, I get alarms at least once a night that the sock has disconnected from the base. It’s never fallen off, the battery is never dead, and it’s just one wall away from the base. It still alarms regularly which is really frustrating.
The app also can’t find the base unless I completely close it and reopen. Again, frustrating, but I still like the comfort of being able to see in an instant that my former NICU baby is resting and breathing.

A Must-Have for Peace of Mind After a Scary Start

I purchased the Owlet Monitor during my pregnancy, hoping it would give me peace of mind at night. My baby spent a week in special care after birth, so coming home was a bit overwhelming. I can say honestly that I love the outlet dream sock! It not only gives me a peace of mind, but it helps this first time mommy get some much needed sleep, while the baby sleeps, without feeling the need to constantly check breathing patterns. The packaging is great, the sock is a soft material and the technology is amazing. I highly recommend!

While I love the peace of mind the sock gives me, there’s a lot of room for improvement. I wish certain alarms could be silenced such as the purple (movement) alarm and the low battery alarm. Also 5H WiFi compatibility would be very nice.
