Absolutely love the owlet dream sock. Provides great peace of mind and feedback to baby’s sleep habits. My child has a medical condition that causes frequent respiratory infections and the dream sock is a great resource to review heart rate and o2 levels.
The only downside is the difference between the alerts we have in Canada compared to the USA. I wish healthcanada would approve the dream sock for use the way the USA has.

I genuinely don’t know how I would’ve survived the first 8 months without the Owlet Dream Duo. As a first-time mom, it gave me something that is priceless: peace of mind.
From bringing my son home from the hospital, through sleep regressions, travel, room-sharing, and now an adventurous baby who’s constantly on the move, the Dream Sock has been incredibly reliable. Being able to glance at the app and know his heart rate and oxygen levels were normal helped me sleep when my anxious first-time-mom brain wanted to check on him every five minutes.
The camera has also been fantastic. The video quality is clear day and night, notifications are reliable, and I love being able to check on him without opening the door and risking waking him up. Between the camera and the Dream Sock, I always feel connected to him, even when I’m working from home or he’s sleeping in another room.
What I appreciate most is that Owlet doesn’t replace safe sleep - it complements it by giving parents extra reassurance. There were so many nights where I could simply look at the app instead of disturbing my baby, and that alone made those exhausting newborn months so much easier.
If you’re on the fence, I can honestly say this has been one of the best baby purchases we’ve made. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat, and I’ll absolutely use it for any future babies.

Been use the sock every night for 4months now works well. Nice to have the app but the home base even works without wifi for when we travel.
Great to have the extra safety.
Only comment would be it would be great to have more of a nightly summary to look at in the morning.

Way too may disconnects and a sock that isn't breathable. Plus the pay to unlock most features in an already poorly designed app is greedy. I would truly love if it actually worked as described but all around needs product improvements
