The owlet is the only reason I got a decent night of sleep. It gave me such a sense of security and even helped one night when my baby was very uncomfortable. My baby is six months old now and I still put it on because I love tracking her sleep. It helps knowing how much REM sleep she gets a night. I recommend this product to all of my mom friends. Out of all the nights she’s worn it, I’ve only gotten a false alarm a few times. I’ll take 1 million false alarms over no alarm at all.
