The Owlet dream sock is a must for new moms! It gives me such a peace of mind knowing my baby is being monitored while I get some much needed sleep. Sometimes it will go off for a sock placement issue when she’s not really moving, but a quick reset will fix the problem.

We've been owlet users since our first child was born nine years ago. This new dream sock is SO annoying compared to the earlier models. Now you cannot adjust the brightness of the base station manually, you cannot customize your alert settings, and if a kid even knocks the sock off of the base station during the day (which is really easy to do by breathing too close to it) it'll send a loud alert and scare the crap out of everyone. This is all around a dud. I've reverted back to using our smart sock 2 without Wi-Fi or app capabilities since they took that away to force everybody to upgrade. 🙄 As soon as I find a different monitor we will be done with owlet care altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were unsure if we wanted to spend the money on the Owlet. It was worth it for the peace of mind. We appreciate the fact that you can add the app on multiple devices, so when the alarm goes off- it goes off in every device. The material that the sock is made is firm enough to stay in place but soft enough that our son’s foot isn’t restricted when wearing.
We would definitely purchase again and plan on using our Owlet for the first year.
