I highly recommend using an owlet dream sock. I would not be able to sleep without it! We haven’t had any issues with false alarms, but I would rather have a false alarm and check on my baby to see that they are fine, than not have this tool.

Although it works when there’s an actual problem (it’s caught multiple de-sats), it is so annoying when it constantly beeps because it can’t connect to the base. This is when the baby is eating but still in the same room as the base. It happens so often that it makes me take the sock off completely. I’ve also struggled to pair a second sock with my charging base and setting up the WiFi took a significant amount of time. However, when it’s working correctly, it’s great.
